Country Gyal:- To season that large amount of meat, you need to do a few things differently! Firstly, your bowl is too small, split your amount or use a larger bowl. You can also use a large(new/clean) garbage bag. Next:- you need to mix ALL of your seasonings in a seperate bowl(including sauces) it's the only way to get a uniform taste on the meat. Good evening you can try yr fry rice blend garlic ginger five star spice cook in yr rice alone with sesame oil Chinese sauce alone with celery red onions bells peppers I never used those different thyme you used try my way and tell me do it with out those thyme seasame Oil it will taste like Chinese restaurants
