I have been living abroad for many years now, in a country that doesn't have anything close to the kind of food I grew up with in Cape Town. So when I came across your channel, I was inspired to make the masala steak sandwich and all I can say is that it took me straight back to Cosy Corner or Aneesas in Wynberg or to Wembly in Athlone. Was desperately looking for a regte egte South African Bobotie recipe and after seeing recipes from Jamie O and Alice from Idaho I stumbled across your blog and your amazing recipe.
