We are told to check our emails often and respond usually, it says "immediately". I already have an email telling me to do my Safe Schools videos before I return to work, for my benefit because we won't have time to do them when we start back. Pffff, will not be doing that. "It is July."
We got the "yearly training" classes are available. You are not expected to do them in the summer, but in case you want to get it over with.....They don't pay us to do them during the school year and most of them have to be done by Sept 16th🤦♀️
I deal with this all summer as someone who works all year. I get the calls for everyone that is off & I tell them "They are not required to work all summer. They will get with you when they return!"😂
As a current high school senior this is why I could never be a teacher, I can't just do nothing for 3 months during the summer 😭 this year I get one week off in June and a little over two weeks off in July, and I don't even have a job yet 👍🏻 band is a full time job lol

For most workers in France emails are handled from work. Not after, on weekends, or on vacation.
