honestly i’ll have a losing streak and lose a ton of MR then instantly gain it back when i lock in next play session. could have caught bro during that
Bravo on the final round, you completely outsmarted him. To me, that style of play is quite normal as Guile has a specific turtle style that makes him far too safe. He simply has way too many good tools for every single situation and the majority of those tools keeps guile at a safe distance for him to control. Frankly, that's messed up from a balancing perspective for a character should never be "too" safe.
Most overhead normals are not punishable in SF6, and Guile's falls in that category as well. It's only -3 so I can't punish it. About the connection, yeah you're right. It's not a good idea to accept Wi-Fi matches, especially if they're orange/red. I unfortunately don't get much matches where I live, so I have to accept basically every match I get.
Probably a Legend rank in another character but not a Guile main. He's got good fundies but doesn't use the more optimal buttons other Guile players use
@gotmefkedup1181 Tokido is a Legend ranked Ken with a Plat Gief and he's still going toe to toe with Daigo's Akuma. Who's to say a pocket Guile can't do the same?
Mate, don't even get me started 😂 in forever losing to people like this, after beating multiple players with 1800+mr there's always certain players that are permanently below 1500 who beat me and take all my points. I completely understand what you are going through man this is some bs, like they're simultaneously good enough to be ready for every move I make but also not good enough to have more points...and if you manage to win you get like 3 points? Wtf lol why is the game even making us fight them in the first place? Check the replay history of the top players, they never have to fight people this far below their mr
1:48 you should have level 3 him. Lost the round because it. The guile wasn't that good but man guile is a really, really, bad match up for ryu. You need extreme patience to him. I hate the match-up.
I decided not to spend because it wasn’t gonna kill and I burned myself out (which I shouldn’t have). Because I was in burnout I realized I might need the meter in case I’m in the corner and about to get stunned.
Nothing special. Guile has a high level execution requirement to be played properly, but any old school player can execute correctly with him. Once thats achieved, he is stupid af, he just have not to kill himself and thats it.
I think this was just a lack of match up knowledge bro. You need to punish that close distance sonic blade especially, its almost gaurenteed as a shoto the hurtbox is very deceiving yet he got away without like 10+ times. Definitely not a smurf lol this guile is just mediocre at best but guiles gameplam in general is always annoying to deal with if you havent labbed it
You played terrible in that first game. Missed your AA opportunities. Stayed distant and didn't react to jump in on his booms. Didn't get your throw loop mix ups going either. He's a terrible Guile. You gotta be in Guiles face as Ryu. The MU is nowhere near as bad as people make it out to be
@@theshadiest7109 Hahahahaha nice try, but that's simply not true. Only anti-air that was missed was at 2:13 and honestly I wouldn't have done the super in time so no.
@@Beamthegamer ....no. you definitely missed it twice. The hitbox on level 3 is massive. It would have guaranteed worked twice and the third time was a gamble if it would have been cinematic. It's not like it's third strike and you should confirm into it every time. You missed it on wakeup once which would be the third time. Either way, decent Ryu. You should play more passive.
Hey guys, my webcam decided to go out of focus for this set, so I apologize for the low quality facecam. Hope you guys enjoy the video!
Well you won, that's all that matters!

Honestly , he just Guiling
Bro’s Guiling fr

OS at 4:08 nice🔥🔥🔥🔥
imagine if this guy actually utilize his st.lk, st.hk, DI, and bazooka knee 😂
Maybe he was a 1600 until he lost a set on accident to a 1100 while he was afk 😅
“How’s this guy so good?!?” *walks into fireballs and posts it on youtube*
That and jumps in to get flash kicked. lol
Lmao
@@ElJefeS4are you the rashid player?
Legends make those mistakes too from time to time
2:32 u can punish that overhead block with s.LK. Also he has wifi orange/red bar, never accept that kind of match, is so hard to play against.

Great opponent what amazing rounds
That was a good match
Brutal matchup...surprising play from his MR
He might have a fanily member playing on same account who isnt very good
Go home and be a family man
He was poor Guile. Not optimal at all. Just had a decent bit of patience thats all. Beam played the MU awfull to

If you think that guile is legend ranked you have to be a plat player lmao

William F. Smurf
Lmao I had to look this up, but that was pretty creative

The MR system is a bit flawed in some regions i have to agree with you
I love wiping master rank players in casual just there to flex ...

He playing like he caba or nuckledu!
No he was very poor Guile. Beam played even worse
@riansillett2771 i know it's probably been awhile I don't fight guile too much either
I don't really see anything special out of this guile

Your meter management isn't good...
I did burn myself out in an instance I shouldn’t have. So I agree my meter management could’ve been better this game.
@Beamthegamer you also missed raw level 3 for an anti air that would have killed like 3 times.
