I'm in the US. I got a N-Line in December. I LOVE this car but wish our cars had the same features as the models in other countries. The car in this video has so much more stuff than what my car has and I have the upgraded Technology Package. I still love the car though.
Wow, hopefully the one that comes to the US utilizes all the buttons on the center console. I hate seeing missing or blank buttons on some models. Great review :)
Unfortunately guys the one that was showed here was the fully loaded model, and I believe it was the all wheel driver version as well. I live in the US and have already purchased mine which did not come with leather seats or the paddle shifters, no sun roof, no cooling seats etc. There are different packages with the N Line. Right now in the us the 10.25 inch screen comes with the tech package which includes the sun roof/ moon roof and some other things as well
Love your videos, waiting for the Santa Fe N-Line to come to California dealerships. You must have lived here for a while because your English is fantastic 👍🏻. Keep up the good video's you are very detailed. Bert from Seal Beach California.
Great review Mari as always! Very interesting vehicle this is. I was wondering I'm in the States. Could you use meteric and non meteric if possible? Thank Frank from Georgia USA.
Damn. This was a good review. Reminded me of Alex on Auto but better. That Kona N line is a nice car. Can’t wait for it to be on sale in the U.S to get one.
The dashcam is a must-have option in S. Korea. The video is always recorded, and the button shown in the video is the manual recording button. It is very unlikely that this option is available in Australia.
It looks fantastic but I just can't get over how low it is for an SUV. For this I would probably go for a Honda accord or a Ford edge. But the Kona is purdy.
Great review by an attractive woman! I would like to know where is this Kona N-line placed compared to the other trims...is it the most expensive trim or not?
They make those decisions based on price points of their cars. Tucson starts at around 28k while this car typically caps at around 27k. It is weird how they have so much tech in there and not have the blind spot camera but I guess they had to make that compromise.
I'm with you when it comes to larger cars. But at least in my experience smaller cars like this one can get away with less vents since there's less cabin space in general.
Vehicles this size really do not need the rear vents in the back of the center console. A USB charger for the rear seated passengers would make more sense....especially with kids in the back. Once again, the USA gets shafted on some of the nice amenities that other countries/markets get.
Compare this to a 2021 sonata N-line and something doesn't add up. The sonata is considerably more elegant with its interior and has a bigger better engine / transmission match up. Why is this 35,000 and seems to offer less with sonata at 33,000. INCLUDING less leg space for rear passengers.
I think of this particular vehicle as more of a hatchback ....almost hot hatch...certainly not anything like its corporate cousin the Seltos SX Turbo. No matter how it is officially classified, it is on my short list. It would be replacing my 2019 Ford Ecosport...
Yes, us again, just want to show you how enthusiastic this US car salesman is, look at his presentation: ua-cam.com/video/iPPtdA_e3Z0/v-deo.html .....we think he can sell ice cubes to an Eskimo and what he is showing as 2021 models is in Oz a 2020 & 2021 Kona on sale to run them out
looks like they tried to do copy VW Tiguan R but failed badly. look I love the i20n 30n but this looks bad looks like two cars sat on top of each other especially at the rear end. and plus where is the 4 wheel drive system, you have a rally car the i20 WRC which has an AWD why doesn't your N models have it? so disappointed in you Hyundai !!! it's a hot SUV it needs AWD!!! and also the i20 WRC has a 1.6 turbo engine with 385ps so why Hyundai why doesn't the I30n have that much with ITS 2.0L engine looks like I'm going to wait a few years longer for N models to have high power and AWD ...... shame really disappointed ...
This is the only review I’ve seen that says “no spare tyres”. Everyone else showed that you can pull up the hidden compartment that reveals a space-saver spare tyre.

I am starting to love this car.
Me too!!
Hyundai needs to hurry up and release this generation in the United States! The N-Line Hopefully will replace my Elantra Sport
I like your reviews. They are concise and efficient (to the point).

Thats was the best showcase video I ever saw. Thank you
Thanks 😊

Thank you for being concise and yet not missing anything!
If the N line comes to the US… I might go ahead and trade in my current Kona for that one.
Just bought this car same colour can’t wait
Congrats 👏 Enjoy your new ride 😄
I think for a small family of 3 this car is a must. I'm just waiting for this version to come out in the US.
Great review!

"it can growl" meeeeoowwwwww...... lol
I love the whole thing, except that tailgate/tail light situation.
Love it. Is it coming to North America?🙂. First to comment, 😁
I plan on purchasing this soon and in this color preferably 🥺 but it’s so hard to find
Lovely video
MUST BRING TO THE USA !
Great review Mari as always! Very interesting vehicle this is. I was wondering I'm in the States. Could you use meteric and non meteric if possible? Thank Frank from Georgia USA.
Sorry for the inconvenience. This Kona N line produces upto 195 HP and 195 lb-ft of torque. For 13.6 miles of trip, the fuel economy was 31.5 MPG.
@@MotorgraphWorld Mari thank you so much for the helpful information! You are fantastic 😊!
i doubt that is Mari.
@@YakubNg What you think is irrelevant! Now go troll elsewhere!
@@YakubNg You're right Yakub :-)
Too bad that's not the model they have here in the U.S., it's even better equipped then the Ultimate and I think way better looking.

My dream car
How does the dashcam activation work?does the Australian model have this option?
The dashcam is a must-have option in S. Korea. The video is always recorded, and the button shown in the video is the manual recording button. It is very unlikely that this option is available in Australia.
It looks fantastic but I just can't get over how low it is for an SUV. For this I would probably go for a Honda accord or a Ford edge. But the Kona is purdy.
Just bought one today to replace my kona 2018 ultimate this one is better. Was thinking of a Veloster N but in winter here in Canada AWD is better.
Hi I was wondering what color this is??? Is this a special color cause it doesn’t look like thunder grey or white as they have on the Hyundai site….
It's Cyber Grey. The color options may vary depending on your country:-)
It arrives in Australia in one month need to see the updated model
Is the Kona Hybrid also coming to the US this spring??🥺
Hopefully
@@MotorgraphWorld can you pleaseeee do a Hyundai Kona Hubrid review?
@@rozey6341 We're going to compare Kona Hybrid to T-Roc next month. Please stay tuned!
Great review by an attractive woman! I would like to know where is this Kona N-line placed compared to the other trims...is it the most expensive trim or not?
Yes, it's the top of the line.
Where is the NLine duel exhaust the premium model
I think I am in love!
With the vehicle or the presenter?😂
This video makes me miss Korea
I'm not sure if I trust Hyundai reliability, but I'm sure liking the Kona N-Line 2022 & will likely give them a shot to prove their quality (or not).
i wish the Kona has the blindspot camera too like in Tucson and Santa Fe..
They make those decisions based on price points of their cars. Tucson starts at around 28k while this car typically caps at around 27k. It is weird how they have so much tech in there and not have the blind spot camera but I guess they had to make that compromise.
my 2022 n line came with the blinds pot camera
Lost me when I heard there are no rear air vents. That should always be mandatory
Most cars will have foot air vents for rear passengers under the front seats, but face vents are always nice.
Great review! I'm liking this car so far, might upgrade my Elantra Turbo!
Why is this an N line when I have the 1.6T and its just the normal version ?
maybe different horsepower and torque output? and also slight exterior and interior differences too?
According to Hyundai Motor Company, the Kona N line has newly tuned the brakes, steering and suspension for differentiated driving sensibility.
The 1.6T can also be had on the premium trim and if you have a pre-facelift Kona, there was no N-Line trim for the Kona yet.
What color is this? Thanks!
Cyber Grey
2.33 what is the passenger seat button?
To adjust the passenger's seat from driver's seat :-)
I need a KONA N
No spare tire? Just bought the 2022 N Line. Got a spare.
The spare tire is not offered for Korean domestic market :-(

Im choosing between tucson and kona.. Can't decide though
Mazda cx30🙊

The 2022 is bearable. For a small compact crossover
The US market won't get most of the luxuries the Korean spec has, just to keep the price down
12.3KM/L = 8.13L/100KM
Safety features? Rear emergency break?
You mean Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist(RCCA)? Yes!
@@MotorgraphWorld Sorry.. What I meant was the Reverse Automatic Braking like the one with the Subaru’s.
@@hpppp850 That is called RCCA in Hyundai. Check out: ua-cam.com/video/DMetN7sy2v4/v-deo.html

Cargo space still small. EGT has bigger cargo.
You said there was no spare tire...lift the foam tray🤭
Are you the actual driver?
I filmed it after she test drove the car :-)
I thin I want the N-line more than the N
ARE YOU SURE ABOUT FUEL CONSUMPTION
AWD?
Yes
Same Like a Mini Countryman or Kia Xceed
Hyundai is being silly in making 4wd available in the N-line...but making the actual full-on N model coming out soon just be 2wd...
AGREE
1.6 turbo is not worthy to buy, they should make it 2.0 turbo at least.
Kona N is a 2.0T not a 1.6
This one is Kona "N-Line"
👍😍😍😍
Lol this lady is as tall. As I am 😂
