Love the series so far definitely earning a sub. Even though you’ll probably go with ki control since it logically makes sense to get. Itd be neat to see goku getting the possession technique later on. It would be fun to see how it interacts with ginyu or how goku might use it later on.
@ Power levels become linear after SSJ, so there's no point in sticking to them after that. Once Goku has SSJ it's pointless to keep trying to actually scale the characters using numbers

I hope that after Kami tries to look into goku’s race, that they would locate gokus space pod and hopefully goku would remember his saiyan heritage and race as well as his name. I like to think that bardock and fine left something in the pod for goku to strive for and remember, along with some saiyan armor that bulma could replicate and modify to gokus liking. Hopefully this will get goku to keep his tail and learn more about saiyans to make himself stronger, such as learning to control his ozaru form and maybe incorporating that into his base form, making the ikari or wrathful form. Hopefully he could still get with chi chi in this what if, because of actually liking her and knowing what marriage is. I’d like to think that kami would teach him more about the social constructs that a relationship includes. As well as how to properly communicate, teach and handle situations moving forward since he wants him to replace him as guardian. But hopefully Kami could learn more about his own race, history and home-world, traveling to and from namek to get some sort of namekian assistant for goku or a complete replacement just in case goku doesn’t want to be guardian so that earth can continue to have dragon balls.

2:35 the actual order of timelines is 1. Cell/the original future timeline 2. The unseen timeline where the androids get stopped by deactivation and Trunks goes to the 1st timeline again and gets killed by Cell 3. For partially relate to this idea that honestly should have happened before both the buu saga and the rest of Super. - What-if all Human Z-Fighters have the Kiokein & Yardrat Spirit Control training before the Android Saga (3-year prep)
I wanted to give the humans relevancy post the King Piccolo saga (If it happens at all in this What-If), so don't worry at all. I have something planned for everyone, everyone deserves a bit for love
Eager for the next one: I feel like Goku wouldn’t learn the body hopping technique since he has too strong a sense of self and pride to do something like that. However, just normal ki control sounds too boring. Something which I think would be cool, but a bit outlandish is Goku making forms to suppress his power like Frieza, so that he can fight on equal terms with others while still being able to show off.

Dragon Ball what if ideas - What if Goku Willingly Join the Red Ribbon Army, Rise of the Red Ribbon Saiyan 💝 ( Commander Red and Doctor Frapp Create the dragon radar first and search of dragon balls before the first episode. So Colonel Violet found Goku first instead of bulma and convinced him to Share the dragon ball and to train under the Red Ribbon Army. Goku goes to check it out himself and receive both Military training 🪖 and some teachings from the Crane school by mercenary Tao. He would in a way be a poster boy for the Army given me the rank "Captain Orange", this would arise commander Red's Self-Esteem enough to plan for a different wish that would benefit the Army similar to Emperor Pilaf. Overtime he would be best friends with Silver, Yellow, White, Magenta, Black, Gevo, Vomi, Gero, Launch, Haskel, & Wheelo. Maybe even fall in love with either Ranfan or Suno 🧡💜❤️.

A good way to make goku 'weaker' would be to give him heavily weighted clothing
I am incorporating weighted clothes right after his Ki Control training, before the tournament. This ensures that he knows how to control his power and at the same time having his speed suppressed
