Group head restrictor (3 mm diameter) is mounted in both inbound copper pipe to the E61 as well as in outbound copper pipe from E61. Their function is to shorten the diameter of both pipes in order to restrict the warm water flow from HX thus shortening the time of the cooling flush.
Hi Guys! Keep going in the right direction! I am your fan! BTW, can you, please, provide more detail about two topics: 1. Why the Mitica 2 lt boiler is not isulated (like Rocket boilers), but instead are coated with some material? and what is this material; 2. Provide more details about the frame of the machine (the chases). Has it made from one peace of steel or is welded where the drip tray touches the front of the machine? Thank you! :)
Thank you! We should probably ask bezzera Who they don't insulate their boilers.... The direction taken by most of the premium manufacturers is to insulate the boiler, Bezzera seems to be more traditional and keep the boiler as it is without any insulation, still a great coffee machine though! For your second question regarding the frame of the Bezzera it is welded where the drip tray is attached to the machine, and the case is made from 3 stainless steel panels ( two sides panels and the back panel) welded together. We hope that this reply answered your questions, in case it didn't please contact us at info@espressocoffeeshop.com
Thank you very much! 😃 Two more questions, please. 1. Are they restrictors mounted in the group head pipes in order to shorten the cool flush? I saw that Rocket use such restrictors 2. What about the Bezzera electronics? Are they GCAR? Because Rocket uses different brand.
+Petar Rusev Regarding the second question nearly all of the coffee machines use GCAR electronics, including Bezzera. I'm not sure I've understood the first question, but both rocket and Bezzera have the same E61 group, and this means the connections are the same for both of the coffee machines.
Do you know where I can purchase this machine in the United States? Seems difficult to find. i am looking at either the Bezzera Mitica PID MN or the EMC Technika iv Profi. Do you have any comparisons on the two? Thank you Jessica Lombardozzi
No we don't carry the EMC models, we stock the Bezzera Mitica PID MN 220v model, the 110v model can be available on request in approximately 4 weeks from order confirmation. We ship worldwide, delivery time to USA with express correre is 3 working days

Well done! Grazie mille! I really enjoyed this!
