I do not know why you are being told that. As of the recording, following the video should allow you to change the principal and mailing address without paying any fees. If you are changing the REGISTERED address, you will indeed need to update the articles of organization, mail it in and pay the fee.

I'm not sure what business number you are referring to. The Sunbiz database does not include business phone numbers. You should be able to use this same method to change your EIN if that's the number you are referring to.
Yes, the state of FL and the IRS databases do not communicate with each other so if you are changing your business address on Sunbiz you should also notify the IRS to make sure the information is up to date.
There are no fees in FL to change the business mailing address, business principal address or the address of any of the owners. There is a fee to change the Registered Agent address.

This method does not work for changing the business name. You would need to file an amendment with the state and pay the appropriate filing fees.

No you cannot change the principal address to a PO Box. You can try, but the likely result will be that state refuses to make the change on Sunbiz.

Hi Mian you need to file an amendment to add your name to the company. You can't use the method in this video to do that.

Sunbiz (FL Division of Corporations) will just update the online database. They usually will not tell you when it's updated.
