went to register my FBN and i got this message: This MUST be the physical street address of the business. No Post Office Boxes, Postal Facilities or Personal Mail Boxes may be used. can you still use the UPS address if it does not appear to be a P.O. Box?

I went to apply for another EIN for a different business and got the 101 rejection and thinking its due to LLC being dissolved...will I have to pay the fees if I want to start a totally different business?

Hi Sam. A UPS mailbox or UPS store address cannot be used as the Registered Agent address when filing a corporation or LLC in any state even if the address doesn't have PO BOX. If any of your clients need Registered Agent services please let me know.

Hey. I applied for a job and they told me in order to get the details of the position i needed to sign a non compete. I refused and they asked me" why?" I told them im an applicant not an employee. For example, an artist/writer/gamemmaker selling their work online or doing digital contract work? If you sell through a website that provides you with a tax form do you have to register as a business as well, or does that tax form suffice?
