tbh its all not tuned to 432hz but to 440hz and only 432hz is the pure tone in the background, so listening to those songs you still listen to the bad tunning with only right frequency tone in the background.
My friend sent me this last night. Now I'm listening to this in the morning with a cup coffee, so peaceful. I'm 29, was addicted to alcohol for 15 years, fatty liver, and now sober for more than a month. It's never too late.

I know no one will read this, but maybe I'll feel better after posting. I'm 32 years old and was just diagnosed with ADHD, Autism, and Complex-PTSD after finding out years ago that my 2 boys have Autism. I grew up in an abusive, narcissistic household. I'm now figuring myself out all over again, but I feel like I'm not good enough for my kids. Not only are they struggling, but I am too. The only thing keeping me alive is my husband, whom I have been with for 18 years. More than half our lives. I'm just now learning how to walk away from my past and start a new chapter in life. I really hope this next season in life actually takes me to where I can be happy, like I used to be...

I found this in the worst time of my life. I’ll tell you all about it, maybe you can relate. It was last summer. I’m a teacher. In the beginning of the year, we take the students rafting so they bond before the school year begins. I was asked to chaperone. I’d been having panic attacks and major bouts of depression and anxiety all summer, and basically spent August shut in my room. My dog died a few days before the trip. I also stopped communicating with my girlfriend at the time, because I wasn’t even sure I wanted to live anymore, and I felt guilty about being in a relationship that brought me no happiness. The bus ride to the rafting trip was 3+ hours away, and mind you I’m doing this before the school year started with all of this in my heart. I was allowed to sleep on the bus as there were some coworkers to watch the kids. I threw a hoodie over my face and found this and just drifted off somewhere. I pictured my dog in heaven, with everyone else I’ve ever loved who’s passed away. I cried. It was very healing. I got off the bus and was able to actually even enjoy rafting with the kids, because I appreciated my life a little more. There are other alpha wave videos, but this is the best one. The ambient melody makes me emotional, but it brings peace to my existential dread and human suffering. Like maybe I can find peace with it all. I’m only 27, but my thoughts have been dark and heavy for over a year now, with almost no reprieve. This video is one of the closest things to reprieve I’ve had in a long time. So thank you.

As I post this I am 43 yrs old, I pray every day that i will get the opportunity to be a mother one day, that my bad luck with men ends and I could find that one man that will cherish me and want to have at least a child with me...time is not my friend as I don't have much time left. I hope my body can heal to allow me to conceive. I pray for every on here listening that you heal too. Thank you for not judging me for still wanting to experience motherhood This late in life
