I'm 32 years old and was just diagnosed with ADHD, Autism, and Complex-PTSD after finding out years ago that my 2 boys have Autism. I grew up in an abusive, narcissistic household. I'm now figuring myself out all over again, but I feel like I'm not good enough for my kids. Not only are they struggling, but I am too. The only thing keeping me alive is my husband, whom I have been with for 18 years. More than half our lives. I'm just now learning how to walk away from my past and start a new chapter in life. I really hope this next season in life actually takes me to where I can be happy, like I used to be...

Wow, I didn’t expect to find such a inspiring comment section. Full of such strong, thoughtful & kind people. I’ve been spiritually broken and spiraling for about 2 years now. My dad was murdered in 2022 on my birthday. I’m 22 now. I had already lost my brother. There are things that happened that I still can’t fully comprehend in my mind. If anyone is reading this please pray for me. I lost myself seeking love from family , the wrong partners and friends. I lost the most important thing, GOD. Doing so I lost my daughter I was hoping to adopt, got into a marriage and was humiliated. I got into debt, I got tickets and lost everything I once knew being irresponsible . I have had bad insomnia lately. I’ve downloaded all of the meditation and sleep apps, tried everything I could think of. Then I came across these alpha frequencies videos. Remember a time when depression & nightmares controlled my life. Truth is, 20 years in and out of therapy didn’t help. With all of the resources online, you will find what you need to heal. Wish you well on your journey wherever it may take you.
These comments made me literally bawl. The fact that strangers wanna help strangers is what gives me hope again. I've been feeling so useless and having health problems, panic attacks and all kinds of negative spiraling thoughts, but these comments gave me light and hope. Like someone else said aswell, it made me feel less invisible. How? Humans can be so incredibly nice, thank you all so much for sharing. I think this community is a representation of humanity. No matter what culture. We all have struggles to keep ourselves motivated some times no matter how perfect our Facebook page or Instagram posts are. We all have challenges, some bigger than others. Some are brave enough to share their struggles and not just their sparkles. We all have a room in our hearts where we do not feel good enough. We all have that dark corner of regret. We all have that window where light and hope shines in. May we all search and find God's light and healing because He designed us so we can shine His light into the world. May we chase those negative thoughts out of our minds because it creates a tornado of negative hormones and chemicals that pull us deeper into the dark corners. May we choose light and love and forgiveness... For ourselves and others because forgiveness is not a gift we give to others but a gift we give ourselves to cut the ropes binding us to the past. It is giving us wings to fly high and start each day anew. May these healing frequencies be the start of a new chapter of our lifes.

Getting off Facebook 3 years ago was one of the greatest and most liberating decisions I've made. It can be so toxic and time consuming. Political drama and lots of showing off. Do yourself a favor and take a break from social media. I don't do Instagram or tic toc either. Just UA-cam.
When you leave social media a great weight gets lifted and you start living life without being under a microscope by others and gaining back privacy. You don't have to share everything you do in life with people who are mostly not active in your life outside the Internet. Free yourself...

Keep fighting the fight, I was 29 when my esophagus ruptured, went anemic, and almost bled out in the hospital. Almost left my daughter behind. I’m now 32, 3 and a half years sober. Down from 250 to 195, ran my first 5k last week. But down the booze and picked up some books. I’m happy for the first time in my life. My daughter now gets 100% of me every day. 1 and a half month ago I started visiting a psychiatrist for the first time in my life. I was diagnosed with anxiety and I am given medication for it. I've had a rough life with an alcoholic father with OCD and anger issues. My mum has always been submissive and scared to take matters in her own hands. I'm very grateful that the pill has worked and I feel so much better. Except from the pill I use crystals, essential oils and healing music. I believe that everything is helpful. Don't give up. It gets better.

Pray for the prayer at this moment if you would I haven’t been comfortable in my own skin bc of not meeting my own expectations and treating myself poorly, I take allst pride in loving everyone/thing , and hope no one has similar hardship’s to deal with.? I got myself stuck and lodged and everything IVe been in complete Happiness With or felt accomplished by , have been buried from drugs , abandoned for drugs, publishments digitally locked . Funds locked. Basically a wrong path away from jail institution or death. I pray I can be granted some miraculous means to get me. A lift to make permanent positive changes in my life. I haven’t much more time to repeatedly use an escapism to mask the loser I feel like bc I had things I did and earned and now they’re inaccessible and stuck iol hon a abundance
