@AisalKhan-j2d we fortunately never broke down, but we definitely believe that people would stop and help. If you get insurance on your car rental, then they should provide an emergency number to call if something were to happen. There were plenty of petrol stations, but always try to fill up when you are running low.
@YourFear97 parking can be difficult, but it depends on where you are. Some places such as on the coast, there are lots of people getting fines for parking on the road (we almost did this, but got told by a local that we would be fined). In some other places, you might be able to get away with it, but we always try and play it safe.
Good to know bc I also rent a small car and was a bit worried. Thank you for your answer 😊
@@jesske30 I'm sure you will be fine. Let us know how it goes.
Are people around helpful if in case of car break down? Any emergency line to contact? Petrol stations on way to southerneast?

What kind of car did you rent? And was it doable up mountain?
@@jesske30 we just rented the smallest and cheapest car, which was able to get us to Theth, which is in the middle of the mountains.
And how about parking in Albania? Are there any fines for parking on the roadside where there are no parking spaces?
