I would like to say yes, but the largest object we see them insert (besides human avatars) are the gun and ammo cases. Those gun cases don't seem to be much larger than a large human. So, there might be a size limitation on what they can insert without being detected. That said, it does raise the question of where their cars came from. Their avatars seem to show up in the same room as the landline and their gear also seems to show up in that same room. So, did they just happen to find (and steal) some cars that perfectly match their aesthetics and were right outside of the seemly abandoned building that they portaled into?

Well, to be fair, we all were anxiously awaiting these sequels and they had such an enormous potential and even some cool scenes - still don't know how they messed up the rest so hard...
So no The Matrix Reloaded, no The Matrix Revolutions and no The Matrix Resurrections.
The real crime is basically no-one has seen the Animatrix

It was estblised that Cyher used to hang around the operating area at night. he could have sneaked in at an opportunity when it was unattented, because they dont need to be there is everyone s sleeping and no one is supposedly going in the matrix. Cypher could have arranged a meeting somewhere close to an exit point and pre-hacked phone line to exit before going in...

Understandable , that's the most logical reason as everyone knows.
He obviously never saw what the Groovitron can make a tank do in the Ratchet & Clank series. It's both amazing and hilarious.

on the flip side here i am 20 years later & at least 40+ times of watching that movie & just now realizing it was never possible - it’s that steak dinner I tell ya and the way he described it - makes me not think about anything else but having one - a nice juicy & delicious medium rare omg goodness with some fava beans and a nice Chianti fpfpfpfpfpfpfp (we’ll that should’ve been the scene anyway) 🤣
At one point in the movie, Cypher is sitting on his own fucking around with Matrix code when Neo interrupts him. I always assumed he was editing whatever system they used so he'd a way to have that meeting without the crew finding out 🤷♂️
I always assumed you could jack in without an operator, it was just dangerous. Or that the machines did whatever was needed on their side. Or that they have "matrix and chill" sessions that the operators agree not to look at...

@C K I think I know what you're hinting at, and yes I understand that that happens in the original film as well, I just said what I said because I watched the movie again this week and the story makes clear that he's very much motivated by his love for Trinity after finding out that she's alive and imprisoned too. Love has always been a big part of this series, and it continued to be so twenty years later. 🥰
