Oh they're rare. I have a AAR Cuda. Bought it as a pile of parts in boxes and everything shoved inside it. Mine is a 340 six pack 4speed car numbers matching. Previous owner had tore the car completely down. Was going to make it a "Pro Touring" car. But lost interest in it and sat in his garage for 11yrs. I bought it in 1993 for $500 in Odessa Tx. It's a solid southwest car. Took it home and put it all back together. I rebuilt the drivetrain and fixed its hurts. Not restored just repaired. Factory plum purple paint and graphics are still intact. It's faded and a little rough but a solid car. I'm glad the previous owner didn't start chopping on the car. I drive it in good weather and enjoy the car.
A beautiful restored AAR, but why the wrong air cleaner decal saying 340 Six Pack, and not 340 Six Barrel? 🤔

Beautiful 'Cuda, great color and the owner is incredible. Several year's ago a friend owned a Vitamin C AAR 'Cuda. When he sold it, I wanted to buy it but I had no place to keep it so I passed. Huge mistake. My insurance agent's dad own's a Vitamin C AAR. The Barracuda is my favorite car of all time. I am lucky however, I own a '71 Challenger. E body Mopar's are special.
Well, I can tell you where ONE of the pink AAR's ended up. It was torched in Yakima like over 30yrs ago.
FYI. The decal on the air cleaner lid is incorrect. The one she has is for a Dodge. It's supposed to read, "six barrel", for Plymouth.
Yes indeed, "Six Barrel" for Plymouth. Even the majority of classic car dealers seem to forget this little but significant fact, watching their ads.
That has to be the only one in New Zealand.
Its cool seeing Mopars in New Zealand, I know you all didn't get them originally but you get to enjoy them now.
What an awesome story I stumbled on here. I know how she feels my dream car is the B5 blue AAR Cuda so I bought and customized a B5 blue 6.1 challenger to be as close to an AAR as possible. Most under 60 cant tell its a fake.

A guy I New Years ago had one he sold it and the guy who bought it tubbed it .made it into a race car ..always thought what a waste ..should of left it alone ..

1964 Pontiac GTO was the first Musclecar NOT the Mustang which is a pony car! The whole idea of a Musclecar was to take a intermediate size 2 door sedan, drop in a big cube engine, ad multiple carbs and a dual exhaust and you have yourself a Musclecar and Pontiac were the ones that came up with that idea and actually do it..so, you should do a bit more research next time before you do a REAL CAR video!!!
that what thay say gto was first ? i watch 1964 dodge 426 max and hemi run right over a gto i wanted out scary fast . my research was to sell my g t o my first car research lol
you know the 1955 C 300 dual four barrel 330 h.p. hemi is considered by many to be the first true musclecar.
