THE BEST WAY TO MAKE MATZO BALL SOUP!

Welcome to another delicious recipe. Today we are making one of the most famous soups of the Jewish cuisine, the Matzo (or Matzah) Ball Soup whish happen to be one of our favorite soups!
The traditional recipe asks for the use of seltzer with whipped egg whites but we prefer to use baking powder instead, because the Matzo balls turn out to be fluffier and airier! The soup itself is traditionally made with veggies and pieces of chicken but we used a basic mirepoix and chicken stock.
