"The Man in the Silk Hat" (French: "L'homme au Chapeau de Soie") is a French documentary film about the life and art of French silent film star & director Max Linder (1883-1925). It is produced by his daughter, Maud Linder (narration), and features clips from Max's motion picture archive.

The music whilst apposite got really irritating.............too loud and repetitive, a pity.
I think Max was a truly great artist and am otherwise delighted with the documentary.
