I get depressed in the summer, too! I hate anything over 70 degrees, so I get that. It is still seasonal depression because a season makes you depressed!

It looks beautiful, Toni ! Glad everything is coming together. I purchased a home and renovated it during the pandemic and it definitely took a lot of patience ! Once you’re in there it will all be worth it ! I also have white cabinets and went with a dark wood island! My range hood is also dark wood and it for sure warms up the space. Can’t wait to see the counter tops. I remember following you when you first started your channel after Allie mentioned her little sister started a channel. You have come so far. I am so proud of you!! ☺️

Yes Toni being a mom can bring anxiety n freaking out session 😂😅😅. Having a dog is definitely practice. I often find myself worrying about my 2 year old and that he might fall and hit his head or hurt himself 😅😅.

What a beautiful home! I've never heard that anyone else had seasonal disorder but in the Summer months instead of Fall.I never understood it until I did a lot of research. I live in Florida and hate the heat so I just yearn for the colder months all Summer! I thrive when the weather starts getting colder! It's only like 50 degrees Fahrenheit here and I'm in heaven! Praying for that sweet lil pup!

So excited for you to finally get into your new house! Can’t believe Canadian law doesn’t protect you from price increases. The home I bought last year was delayed 5 months and at that time the market went up like 50k….but since we have a contract they couldn’t just increase the price. Hope Leo makes a speedy recovery 💕

I am a mom and trust me the anxiety and fears you go through are not easy but the love of a child is priceless. The love you have for Leo is just as amazing even tho fur babies never grow up and cannot speak so they are forever babies 🖤😘

the clip of you scraping your windshield cracked me up as that has been me all winter lol but also tip in case you don't know, when the ice on your windshield is that thick use the back side of the scraper to create a bunch of random criss crosses on the ice and it'll make it a lot easier to scrape the rest away using the normal side!!

Oh my Pomeranian had the same thing happen.He had to have hip surgery too.It’s very common with Pomeranians.

I think the lights above the island could be a little bigger, but my worry is with how close they look to each other I wouldn’t want them to over power the space. - Side question, are your stairs going to be open/floating like that? It makes me worry Leo would fall through ☹️
Leo is scared of all stairs so I always need to carry him up! He would never attempt to go up them lol
I think it’s really important to blur out the things in the background that are showing outside of the window. I have personally known influencers who have had weird people show up to their house because they found it based on what they saw out of the window. Just friendly advice. Love you. I think curfews at night is enforced so people will not be at nightclubs and parties etc… it’s not easy trying to figure out what to do during times like these. If more people made a conscious effort, got vaccinated, wear their masks and keep safe distances it could help to improve things so much.
