For TTDI residents, this mall is located on the other side of the Damansara Highway, in Damansara kim. It is not very convenient to reach from Taman Tun.
Thanks for sharing. Looking forward to your next video like this. Maybe for more people to click your video you will have to make the Thumbnail or title a little bit more dramatic such as Dying Mall or Mall facing economic downturn or Survive or Bankrupt?? Just some suggestion. I personally like to see the other side of the slow economic or foot traffic of the retail side. Just too many UA-camr only showing the A list popular Mall and that is overcrowded. Watching this type of video give me a different perspective and I am sure a lot of people like it too.
How to survive when just within 3-5 km radius you have 1Utama shopping mall, Topicana city mall and Starling mall. Too many malls and not enough tenants and shoppers. Not when its competing within short radius.
IOI city mall should be a very solid S, does not lose to those S malls at all, I've been to all several times this year alone, Sunway Velocity should be A+, those A' malls doesn't really can compete with the overall all round Velocity.
Not true. We patronise the various restaurants and shop mainly at Jaya Grocer . The front 3 hours FOC parking with minimum of RM50 shopping receipt from Jaya Grocer is very much appreciated. Dine at one of the restaurants, go food shopping after meal and got premium parking space…….FOC ….no complaints there.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Another one that comes to mind is Empire Damansara at Damansara Perdana. Hope you can do a video on that one!

True, I too like to see the other side. Plus I'd like to see improvements and hidden gems inside these malls.

Thanks for the insight.
Even residents living nearby do not go to this quiet place!

Good for investigation.
Your Comments are too complimentary....Aside from the Lower Ground Floor the rest of the other floors are literally deserted....
It's empty that all...looks like they can't attract tenants.
There is very little incentive for outsiders to visit these community malls when they can get everything from those mega malls
Malaysia mall rental expensive ,sometime is better to lower the rent .and residential are over price lots of people can't afford it
