The reason the other Basu sister didn't look too upset about her missing sister is because the girl with the purple curls that you thought was her sister was actually Tokuko Kitagawa, one of the drama club members. The sister you did kidnap was Sakyu Basu. Inkyu Basu is the one with pink pigtails.

I believe that the reason of why students won't follow you after so many kidnaps isn't because your basement is full, but rather because the school's mood is so low that people don't trust others. That's what I remember anyway, it's been a while. If that's the case, I believe you can absolve that by having high reputation and being friends with people.
Only problem is he already had a high rep in that clip. It would make since that the cap would be 10 prisoners anyways

i thought that too but he's already friends with them and having a high rep. plus the atmosphere was the same i think, if he changed it he would've said something and not left it at 50.
the yandere simulator updates is like when a writer creates random slice of life stories with no correlation to each other about undeveloped characters without the plot the writer promised

yandere sim is one of those things where you have to seperate the art from the artist.

I was in high school when this game started out, used to often watch jays videos after I had a bad day at school. I’ve now finished university and working full time as an adult. Scary how time flies

You're going to be waiting a LOONG time then. It seems a bit obvious by now that the game is likely never going to be finished. It has gotten few lore related updates over the years.
its going to be awhile because he still needs to do a crowd funding campaign to pay the actors and animators that work on the rivals. This is why 1980s mode is finished and yandere simulater itself isn't. 1980s mode does not have unique animations or voice acting.
Though tbh I feel like at this point most of us wouldn't care if yansim doesn't have those things.
@@Moonlitwatersofaqua idk didnt yandere dev get 2k a month for 2 years straight throughout 2016ish time? even then like.. the game has had events without voice acting. lack of voice acting and animation doesn't really matter since he should be able to re-use them to at least get the concept of what he wants to do down and coded

I actually do like that you have to feed them now. It makes it actually more realistic
I think it would be really cool if yandev introduced moral for the kidnapped prisoners. Multiple factors would affect a prisoner's moral including what personality type they are, how long you've spent torturing them, how long they've been down there, how hungry they are, how many people around them have died, etc. Moral stats could make it easier/harder to lower their sanity and you could even have group moral if you have multiple prisoners. A group of prisoners with low moral would instantly lower any new prisoners moral while a group of prisoners with high moral would instantly raise any new prisoners moral. You could even have a situation where if you have a group of prisoners with really high moral, they could rebel and escape, granting you an instant game-over.

jay is literally carrying this game. i’ve been watching it for so long, it feels like i grew up with this game and with jay. jay has gotten me through a lot, and i love him and all of his content so much. i’m so glad he still plays some of the classics

I know that a lot of people are giving the game dev grief about taking so long to finish a single game, but it's nice to see it coming together more and more. There's something about watching a game's development progress. While I certainly am not the hugest fan of Yandere Dev, I can't wait for this game to be finished.

@@TheSnaqShaq That makes total sense! I have similar feelings, but kind of wish he wouldn't play it, because he has such a big platform that he's still sort of supporting and promoting the game imo. Especially with him being one of the only larger creators who plays it, it sort of supports and validates Yandere Dev by playing it :(( I do wish one of those spinoffs of it had worked out, because I do still have a ton of nostalgia for it, but don't want to support the Dev in any way

idk if you're taking suggestions but id love to see you play this game called "the upturned." it's a horror game but also manages to be extremely comedic at the same time and it has about 5-6 hours worth of content, not counting the optional bonus stages. it has excellent character writing, an interesting story, cool mechanics, and a rlly neat ost. i think you'd like it :]
