Pavarotti is so wise in his words. I hold onto everything he says, so much depth and knowledge and great expression. I love it.
I remember watching this 29 years ago. I watched all the Pavarotti and Friends. They were all amazing.👏👏👏👏
Сладост за сетивата! Благодаря от сърце за възможността !
What a voice 🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️
Wow.. Thanks. He was in some vocal form that night...
OMG...The duet from Madama Butterfly...I cried...So much beauty.
Absolutely marvelous, thank you so much!
RIP Pavarotti, NYCO, Hugh Downes
Thanks a lot for sharing a gift!
Game set and match Pavarotti. Best technique, diction, legato, phrasing, focus, range, and that tone!....all other recordings should be thrown in the nearest available skip....only joking friends, respect to all of these great singers but, he was really special.
kallen was one of the winners in his yearly competitions to help young opera singers, many of them are still singing today, he did so much for others, besides sing to us in the most beautiful voice
Here is an alternate Pavarotti Plus concert I can imagine with special guest soloists from Spain that Luciano should invite to join him from 1991:, Mons
Sopranos: Katia Ricciarelli, Montserrat Caballe
Mezzo Sopranos: Teresa Berganza, Agnes Baltsa
Tenors: Jose Carreras, Placido Domingo, Giacomo Aragall
Baritone: Juan Ponis
Bass-Baritone: Justino Diaz
Bass: Jose Van Dam
With James Levine conducting The New York City Opera Orchestra and the chorus of The Metropolitan Opera, Live from Fisher Hall.
Thanks
Great concert. Thanks
Grazie!!!
fabulous otello duet! he was one of a kind!
Otello no es para su voz.
@@Mariano-ge6deNo, but it was for his. Listen.
@@henrigaziel2002No entiendo? Que era para el suyo?
Quelle classe!
He’s 56 here!
His comments about different audiences are interesting. In the states, "Lady (soprano) audiences". Spain and Italy, "tenor audiences". I'm curious about other countries or regions... Is it possible to generalize like this when it comes to the character if the public or their vocal preferences. When I went to the Met, I went to Pavarotti, Domingo and Kraus. I might remember that Nucci sang Rigoletto with Pavarotti and Sumi Jo sang Lucia with Kraus, but the performances of the tenors remain more in my memory and were certainly more interesting.
maravilloso😉😡😀😀😘👏🎻🎻📀📀📀📀
❤❤❤😅😅😅
55:34 there are very few singers who can make the recitativo even more compelling than the aria/duet but here is one.
Oh wow!!!! Pavarotti is fantastic solo but this duet is extra fantastic
Oh yes with the great Florence Quivar.
