Track & Trail: Midweek Races, Back to Back

After this past weekend’s busy double race schedule, I did not intend to race-or really even have a hard workout-this week. So much for good intentions! In a bout of relative spontaneity, I hopped in a Wednesday track meet and then a Thursday trail 10k. These were less about training and more about fun, so I would called them successful!
