Shaak Ti wasn't killed on Coruscant or by Anakin when he was Darth Vader! She died on Felcuia at the hands of Starkiller Vader's secret apprentice in the Force Unleashed game at the Sarlacc pit.
The problem with the prequel trilogy is that Padme said that there's still good in Anakin. But betraying the Jedi Order, killing hundreds to maybe thousands of Jedi and children without remorse? I'm sorry but no one can even be a little good by doing such things.

He did it for his love. But by doing so, fell to the dark side. Also, he redeemed himself, so if he was still evil, he wouldn't be able to be a force ghost.

Like the day the earth stood still where you have to give up your freedom for peace and prosperity. It's not evil if you eliminate those that stand in front of peace
Something i realized, in the remastered version of A New Hope George Lucas has Greedo shoot first to teach kids that Han shot back in self defense. And then in Revenge of The Sith *BOOM* Murdering kids is justified. I just love your life lessons Lucas :)
