Always a pleasure seeing your videos Anthony 💪 wanted to ask you - you ever done a video on supplements as that would be part of your diet ( especially protein shakes, creatine, omega 3 etc…
Hey Adam, I avoid making those videos since I use sups less and less the last few years. I've found that focusing all my effort on nutrition works better for me. Right now the only sup I use is half a scoop of oatmeal that I add to my overnight oats snack just to round up the protein numbers (and some days if I skip a meal I might also have a protein shake). But that's pretty much it. I've tried different stuff in the past, but to be honest I could never be consistent with it, I always either forgot to take them or just was too lazy to organize that as a habit :D
