saw your video and i picked up a fuelless generator that can run my refridgerator, lamp, even the tv the battery would last like 30 hours running, also i picked up the back up battery that greatly extends the running time. it can be charged by plugging it in or ( i also got 2 solar panels that put out 24 volts) that can charge the generator form the sun. It works well have used it once so far when the power went out, kept the refrigerator going. I got it from Lions Energy
Itchy, when your generator is not in use (like winter time) Start it up and let it run for about 5 minutes once a month. That will circulate the gas and keep the carb from gunking up, just like a motorcycle carb.....Nice generator.
Mark, .... That's right, an INVERTER, ((not a typical generator)) is what's needed for a trailer camper interested in boondocking/camping. The Inverter is designed to run your equipment with no adverse effects on your electrics in your trailer. Besides a typical generator (although cheaper) is loud, whereas an Inverter by design is much quieter by comparison. Yours is a dual fuel, gasoline or propane, but research shows running on propane gives a bit less in efficiency than gasoline. The convenience of dual fuel is huge though. As for the oil drain plug, I suggest that one get yourself a plug with a MAGNET end on it. It picks up unwanted debris. You'll find fine metal fragments, tiny, minute chips, after you run the machine. It's like extra insurance to make it last longer. Introducing the inverter to your audience no doubt will encourage more to not fear 'Boondocking'. It can be a fun experience when well equipped & prepared. thanx again
oh i forgot, it also came with a E M P bag so if that ever happens the generator wont get ZAPPED. It only weights 40 lbs. and back up battery weights about the same. the generator and the back up battery are connected by a heavy cable that plugs into the back of generator
Seems like you are all set for serious camping. The unit is surprisingly quiet. I hope that your future camping days are far more enjoyable than you anticipated. Prayers and Abundant Blessings to you and yours. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏✝🛐❤
Happy 4th brother!! Awesome video!! I’m so glade to see you did the unboxing vids!! I think this should definitely bring some new viewers to the channel!!
I'm sure you are going to show it in use on one of your outings. T and I are getting a camper in a few weeks and this would help when we are boon docking. I will be interested in your opinion after you have used it. Thanks for the demonstration. God bless.
Nice generator, mine is built into my truck a 2021 Ford F-150 Power Boost HYBRID with a 7.2kw power station onboard of course I bought the truck after I had already bought my portable generator much like yours, now I have two generators for my RV, lol. Happy Fourth!
Happy 4th of July brother Mark. A generator with a key fob. Who woulda thought. Congrats on your purchase. Can you hook it up to your camper and test how much load it can handle?

Mix in Sta-Bil every time. That will make a big difference and provide peace of mind.

Good review on the predator 5000, but you never showed us how to hook it up to the RV or if you wanted to use it to power the garage or house.😂
Buy a generator built for RVs, like a Cummins Onan
I got one myself just because it was $700 or something like that on sale may 18
I need to get me one
