How are you? I’m sorry in advance for how random this vlog is. I really needed to pick the camera up and try to get back to normal after what happened last week. I’d also like to apologise for how self-deprecating I seem. I clearly had little confidence when filming, and should have been more mindful at what I was saying!

No apology needed....random vlogs are lovely and relaxed. Good to see you getting out and moving forward after London. Trauma is like a bruise and takes time to shift, so it's no surprise that your therapy session was difficult. You'll come through this stronger though Toby, especially with Mikey and the fluffies by your side. Love the new study space by the way, looks like a good place to focus and keep your work life contained 💗💗

Toby, I’m so glad you could talk through your experience in therapy. You had no reason to feel guilty, it’s so sad that other people’s horrendous, cruel actions,make the innocent feel guilty it’s so wrong, none of it was in any way your fault ❤. We shouldn’t have to live our lives in fear, when out enjoying ourselves. Love your vlogs, the study is gorgeous, what a lovely workspace for you both😊xx
