Just to say , sorry that the white company staff made you feel that you wanted to leave it is awful if on occasions shop assistants are rude and make people feel uncomfortable , i always loved the pretty woman scene where Julia Roberts goes back later and says big mistake 😂....All shop staff should be really pleasant and frirndly after all the costumers wont feel like purchasing their again...i once complained after i had a experience like that as im quite a sfnsitive person , shop staff were awful and made me feel uncomfortable evfn though i was paying quite a bit of money..for my purchase..so i told manager iver phone they,d made my shopping experience, not good he did appologised on their behalf ... and Toby and Mikey i like that table /cabinet that you didnt order with the little cabinet door..but i love your home and interiors anyway😊..thanks for tdking us round on your autumn shop..

@@Tobyshome Unfortunately its not a one off - I have this week reported staff at the White Company - sometimes their attitude stinks - they cannot appreciate who keeps them employed. I always thought the White Company were a company to look upto, but they are going the same way as John Lewis - downhill.

Sorry to hear of you and Mikey's experience in the white Company. I too have experienced poor customer service from White Company recently, which is such a shame, considering how much their consumers spend whilst shopping with them.
