This is my russian grandmothers recipe aka Lillian APPROVED! 🌟 👩🏻🍳INGREDIENTS: * 1 bag of cranberries * Proseco / for non alcoholic use sprite, ginger ale, or sparkling soda * Orange juice no pulp * Powdered Sugar ⏲️ INSTRUCTIONS: 1.) Wash and pat dry cranberries (pick out any bad/mushy ones) 2.) In a medium-large bowl pour half proseco half orange juice 3.) Refridgerate for 12 hours 4.) Strain and place in new bowl 5.) Pour a heaping amount of powdered sugar - then shake - make sure to coat every piece in powdered sugar 6.) Preheat oven to 200 degrees 7.) Bake for 5-7 minutes (this dries out the powdered sugar) 8.) Place in a container and refridgerate for 12 hours (They are best servered this way) 9.) ENJOY! Fyi I did not write this they did and put it in the description! They get full credit

И миску круговыми движениями миски катать ягоды по пудре. Как со снеговиком) А если уж совсем много нужно пудры - можно подсохшие, после первого слоя, ягоды - сбрызнуть водой. Но будет ощущаться многослойность, как с настом.

Ягоды погружаем в эту массу, а потом погружаем их в сухую пудру и сушим, получается слой глазури. Второй способ это поочередно обмакивакивать ягоды в яичный белок, а потом в пудру, что бы наслоилась глазурь. Если слишком приторно, то можно добавить лимонного сока. В России клюква в сахарной пудре продается в любом магазине и это очень любят дети, поэтому никогда ее не делают с алкоголем. На работе с чаем ее часто ем, поэтому тоже алкоголь не нужен
@Kim-mc7ll I used 1 1/2 cups of pulp-free orange juice and 1 1/2 cups of carbonated lemonade (which I had on hand. It's nice and tart so it paired well with the sweetness of the sugar). Let them soak in the fridge overnight (for 12 hours). Then drained from the juice (I didn't throw it away. I drank the mixture over ice. It was yummy and not wasteful). Tossed them in plenty of powdered sugar, baked at 200° fahrenheit for 7-8 minutes. Chilled overnight, and WALLA!! They are delicious. Any carbonated beverage will do. I just prefer tart over sweet. But I'm guessing the carbonation helps with absorption somehow. You know......science. (:
That would work great just make not bake just freeze. Although I'm steady of backing to dry them just let them set out and dry then freeze. I love frozen grapes! I'm not sure they will popp though. Let me know if it works! Tip: If your a diabetic or on dialysis and due to having to watch water intake, you can freeze grapes and that helps with dry mouth and thirst. Roll them around in your mouth until your ready to eat them. Great in summer for anyone too!
My grandma is Polish (though I don’t think this is a polish recipe) and we do egg whites, white sugar, and cardamom! No baking! They are quick and delicious and easy. My favorite holiday treat 🥰

@ I did- half freezer, half refrigerated. Everyone agreed right out of the oven was so much better. But they still liked them cold. It’s just that the sugar gets warped and gummy- and aren’t as crunchy.. we didn’t expect that outcome. Worth a try!! Kids loved it!! But warm is best for us!

We skewer ours in the middle to help with absorbing the Prosecco and OJ. We let them sit for 24 hours before we sugar coat them.
