Game references stuff exclusive to the book (deserted North Korea without any soul, the Japanese evacuating to Kamchatka, etc.), but the Zekes are running like in the movie. In the book they were typical slow zombies. Also the game takes place after Jerusalem because Judd Whitaker's (that journalist) backstory shows he photographed the moment when the Jerusalem wall was breached by Zekes.
They were .bik files inside of the game's .Pak files. Just extracted them and put them all together. Same for the theme music. It was with all the audio for the game.
