BUYER BEWARE: The 3D Elite is a fail by Sony in going down market as far as sound quality is concerned especially when listening to music. My PS4 Gold headset with whatever profile I saved to them years ago has SUPERIOR bass and sound for $99 versus the $199+ for these. Super disappointing. I have been buying the PS4 Gold headsets off eBay as they inevitably break to get around this disappointment. I’m sure these are great for just pure gaming 3D audio, but woooow is the lack of any oomph or bass to the sound apparent. Even with 3D audio profiles shut off. ALSO you don’t even have a chat to audio mixer like the PS4 Gold headset.
The one thing they really do have is comfort but I think I’m returning these. Disappointed again. I just don’t understand how a $99 Sony headset from 2015 is better for YouTubing and punchy sound.

@@midasgamespace appreciate the reply… I did some searching and came across a thread that described a similar issue as mine. Ended up moving the usb LINK dongle from the rear of the ps5 to the front usb port. Turns out that the heat dissipated from the ps5’s fan could interfere with the performance of the LINK connection. The intermittent static noises seems to have been rectified after doing this (for me at least). That being said, I still think the sound quality could be better. But the buds are a lot more tolerable now.
I'm getting the elite. Thanks for the great review
I have the explore and I’m enjoying them. I will get the elite to replace my pulse 3d soon enough. Cool video bro.
You’ll love the upgrade! Glad to hear you’re enjoying the explore :)
That hair is a no go.
Hi plss your rog laptop name rtx plss name
ROG Zephyrus G14 with and RTX 4070 :)
Not related but I am thinking of getting a ps5 which one shall I get slim or original? ❤
Slim forsure. It’s smaller and the disk drive is removable too :)
@@midasgamespace so it does not have heating issues ?
I have the Steelseries Arctis 7P+, how would you say the Pulse Elite compare to the Steelseries?
I’m still waiting for someone to compare the Artics 7P plus with the Sony Pulse elite but no one has talked about this
@@haidr.habib.official2839 I tried the Pulse Elite. I much prefer my Artics 7p+. The Sonys felt cheap and when you turn your head you can hear the earpads making noises.
Personally I likes the sound better from my SteelSeries, yea the pulse mutes background noise but the steelseries for me was better in every other way, even more comfortable to wear.
It saved me 230$ Canadian returning them.
It works on ps4?
Which one would you buy
Buen video mi bro
Thanks! 🎉
Bang lu kerja apa?
Can I pair both, the explore buds and the elite on ONE SINGLE Link adapter? On Portal both are working at the PS5 I have to switch the dongles?!?!
Putting both dongles in says I have to decide for one of it.
You can pair both audio devices (Elite & Explore) to ONE SINGLE link adapter and then use the second adapter on a PC or some other device. That way you never have to move the dongle from the PS5 :)
Thx it tooks me some time until i found out that i can push the dongle to bring it to pairing mode
@@midasgamespaceso ps5 have their own UI for switching between both so it’s possible, but how it is managed on the PC side to select witch one is connected, or switch between them?
Can you help explain how to actually pair both do a single adapter, so I can switch between the two headset’s rather than switch out the adapters as well?
Bro , your hair look good
BUYER BEWARE: The 3D Elite is a fail by Sony in going down market as far as sound quality is concerned especially when listening to music.
Do They come In back ?
I have a question, does the pulse elite have noise cancellation or not?
It does but it's passive so you don't have control over it. Still works great though!
@@midasgamespaceAnd which one do you recommend?, pulse 3D headset or pulse elite headset
@@alexisfierro6257you’re probably better off getting the elite since it’s only 50 dollars more. A lot of people have said that the pulse 3D is uncomfortable.

It’s a good day when the homie drops content!! I’m a headset guy deep down. The sound quality and comfort is just unbeatable to me.
