    Correlation does not imply causation
    Key Benefits
    - Improved Relationships
    - Workplace Performance
    - Negotiating Skills
    - Leadership Efficacy
    - Mental health and general well-being
As with all psychology and social science, rigorous controlled and repeatable experimentation is hard to conduct. And demonstrating causation is harder still. However, it seems likely that there will be benefits but, even if there are few or none, there are unlikely to be any downsides.

I look forward to your videos on chaos theory and complexity. No one else can explain it better than you

Thank you! By coincidence, I studied chaos theory for my undergraduate dissertation! But I am not sure how these topics would fit into the Management Courses topic list.
