I had this in my first home and it was heavenly. It heats the furniture and floor, so there’s no hot air blowing out anywhere. The air stays fresh and cool while your bed stays cozy and warm. And bare feet in Colorado winters is a thing because it gets so warm after it snows so it’s nice to have feet warmers after going barefoot. And everyone has a hot tub. Our hot tub at that house was on the second floor deck and was sunken.
1) The original Ondol heating did not work with water, but mainly with warm air and the exhaust gases of the heating fires - but it was a floor heating. However, it only has the fact of being underfloor heating in common with the water heating of today. 2) Underfloor heating with heating loops and water heating is neither new nor special. I myself installed such things over 40 years ago.
I knew A person who had this under their carpet in South Africa. It was AMAZING

Thank you very much for sharing your heated floor experience. And you now have a different heating system in the new home?
By the way, your photography channel is fantastic. Keep up the great job, and I wish you success.
