As a black guy who grew up with mexicanos from Chiapas, Guerrero, and vera Cruz...they all look like the compa here. The chicanos gave us a lot of problems man...I ended up being fluent in spanish but because I got the big nose I got the PR treatment lol. We have to stop the hate.

They’re actually black and indigenous raza. Their towns are mostly indigenous and Afro Mexicans. You’re not going to see many Gueros there and you gotta take 2 long bus ride’s from Acapulco to get there and when you get on that 2nd bus is when you start noticing the people are getting dark and darker. Evebtuslly you’ll just start seeing buildings with paintings of black people and that’s how you know you’re in a Afro Mexican town. you’ll just start seeing people like that girl looks mixed or is that a black lady selling tacos. Mexico is a big country with all kinds of people. The Afro mexican also live in some areas where you actually need to take a boat to get there and it’s where the river meets the sea. They almost always live in areas near the sea or a river. You will hardly see them major city in Mexico. They don’t venture out of their areas much.

I met a whole team of Mexicans from Oaxaca in New York, they were all AfricanMexican. It was weird to see. the young ones will blend in with the black community they would not deny they Mexican if asked. The older ones cannot hide it. They spoke only Spanish and wore Mexican Color shirts. I spoke to some of them. Their excellent people. Tall, and they're good at playing soccer. P.S. they come from a place called Collantes.

So your nationality is where your born or where your a citizen of. Your race is what color, facial feature, genes or ancestral background you have.
For example if a person with two Asian parents are born in Mexico, they would be an Asian Mexican, if someone is white and born and raised in Nigeria, they would be a white Nigerian.
So to me he seems to be an Afro or Black Mexican, no different than an individual with predominantly Mexican, Hispanic features born in Nigeria being a Mexican/Hispanic Nigerian.
