Thank you Angel
I will have to check out that book 📖
I will have another Chelsea video out soon!
I bet that place is infested with spirits.
Me too!
I would love it there
Ur content is so so good. 🙌
Patti Smith and Robert Mapplethorpe lived in a loft down the block but partied at the Chelsea. I was there at that time and saw them both.
Robert and Patti lived at the Chelsea. Then they were able to rent space above the Oasis closer to 7th Ave and for a while kept both places. Then they moved to the space above the Oasis full-time. If you really lived tat the Chelsea you should have known that.
Yeah just finished her book Just Kids- sooo good!!!! Definitely lived at the Chelsea.
Very sad about Sid I remember his death And Nancy.....
There is a student documentary about the Chelsea, at about 3:48 one of the residents being interviewed talks about Angel being a resident.
Hey, that's very interesting. I had no idea. thanks, is it online at all?
Angel Melendez?
@@RetroRoomYT it's not the angel that was murdered by alig.
One these days, I want to stay in room 100. RIP Sid & Nancy. ❤
Me too!
Their room does not exist anymore.
For obvious reasons, the attention drawn to Room 100 resulted in 3 rooms being joined - the resulting door is now Number 103 i believe
@@Jaysbee1 yes that what i understand as well
Poor Sid is supposed too be known to wlk the halls looking for the killer
@@RetroRoomYTIts just plain wrong to destroy history like that. whats next?, Graceland replaced with a Taco Bell?
I stayed in this hotel. It was small n gloomy. But it served its purpose. I slept just fine.
That’s so sad to hear that poor Christina was there for a whole 5days before she was discovered.
