- i’m not usually a big fan of beach houses because i feel like i suck at them, but this one in evansdale county is always one i’ve found super cute. furnished with two bedrooms, a bathroom and an office that could easily be converted into a third bedroom if your sims wish to expand their family. cute and convenient, what more could you ask for?

House looks really cozy and pretty ! And im alright with watching anything i just have been busy trying to catch up with other videos and school etc (dumb excuse but i have been busy with school mostly) but for sure when u go live i will watch ur stream (depending on the time u stream for me) but other than that im alright with watching the sims 4 streams/videos cause its a awesome game ! :)

you just have to download the mod in her mods list in the description, and extract the folder in documents > electronic arts > the sims 3 > mods > packages! hope this helps

I’m strictly a sims 3 player since I don’t play sims 4 anymore but I love watching sims 4 speed builds, especially from talented creators! Like, build mode in the sims 4 is one of the only good things in the game for me, I stopped using it because it was making me want to buy overpriced packs just for a tiny bit of build/buy items. It was just not worth it for me anymore, but the sims 4 building community is great! I mean it’s the biggest one here on UA-cam since the game barely has gameplay hahaha
I love both the sims 4 and the sims 3 so I would gladly watch sims 4 content!

I’ve gotten the urge to play TS4 again myself recently, idk how long it will last but it’s been fun to jump back in for a bit 😅

CAS and Build/Buy in Sims 4 are a lot better than 2 and 3. Its so much more user friendly. There are still things missing from those modes, but not as much as the beginning of the Sims 4. The gameplay has vastly improved from the base game as well, especially if you play with mods and CC.
I like all of the Sims franchise, they all are fun to me. No matter what you post, I will keep watching :) I hope to hear your thoughts about the likes and dislikes if you end up dabbling in gameplay too. It feels better than it did before them in my opinion. They also said that this is just the first sweep of likes and dislikes that will be added to the base game, so even more will come in the future. Of course mod/cc creators have already added some lol.

i do like the sims 4 because it has some things sims 3 doesnt and its much simpler to put mods in imo but overall id rather spend hours playing the sims 3 rather than the sims 4 but i do love both

If you want to play the sims 4 then go for it. I might watch it because I like watching others play it even though I don't like the game. Just please don't give up the sims 3 again. I really love your sims 3 videos and not many simmers play 3 anymore. Help a girl out with things to watch while I work.
of course!! like i said, i think the only reason i totally ditched the sims 3 is because i forced myself to stick to it even when i wanted to play sims 4 more. i grew kind of a resentment from that. i’ll make sure that doesn’t happen this time though, i gotcha 🥰

I'll enjoy whatever you post and I'll be cheering you on. If people want to throw a fit then they can easily go watch one of your sims 3 videos.
