totally agree, but for practical conditions to use tubeless tyres on Indian roads also matters. Since the bike the bike is naked, wanted to cover some space below :-)

most modern big engine bikes are mono shock and frames are complex so working will be challenge unless you are a pro. Old 220, Apache 200, karizma all good under 250 cc.

Frankly that tyre was worn out, I did face riding issues with it, but my customer wanted to procure and fit tyres by himself :-)

bigger the engine is better, however RE frames are not good for Cafe Racer. Cost as per your budget reservations.
