    I just picked up this machine two weeks ago. I did two jobs today (one roof and one front of a 2 story townhouse). I made $1350. This machine was well worth it.

    Sounds like it was well worth it! I am glad to hear the battery lasts like that. I am setting up a 25 gallon tank with a 5 gpm pump and studied a couple days to try to get a grip on amps and amp hrs. How many amp hrs is your battery, about how many hours did you use it in the three weeks? Google is starting to for you. I’ve been doing my research on getting one of these portable systems just because I don’t want to mount anything in the bed of my truck. You could probably look at purchasing a couple of ramps from Lowe’s or Home Depot. I bought a set and it makes everything easier loading and unloading my pressure washing unit from the bed of the truck. I think I paid $40 for each ramp and they hold up to 300 pounds each.

    We just bought this system. Tried it out tonight. It doesn’t seem very powerful. I know it’s not like a power washer.

    • @ScottCleansIt
      @ScottCleansIt  3 роки тому +1

      You will really only need this if you are going to wash roofs. Down streaming with a pressure washer is easier and faster

    Scott, what's up. This was something that I'm looking to start up in the spring. I was looking for a simple and affordable softwash system. I'm looking for the portable unit and all I see is the towing style unit at 499.99. Can you tell me how you made your wand.

    Any pressure washing stuff I’ve ever bought from northern tool was crappy at best and I spent a fair amount. I’d personally never buy anything from them like this, they use cheap parts and pumps that break down. It’s a slight step above homeowner equipment or basically homeowner equipment that’s really expensive that they try to pass off as professional. Just my thoughts. I’m a painter as well and bought my current pressure washers from sherwin williams, mi-t-m is the brand. Very good for a 4 gpm machine. Years of use and hardly any issues. But 4 gpm us getting really old for me. Hopefully, I’ll be able to invest in a skid or a trailer at some point. Im in NC, so SESW is a bit far for me, but I saw another video of a guy a few hours from me innNC who went to this place called ICE, says they’re the best and most affordable in the game with decades of experience building rigs.
