Great video Mpoomy , very informative and challenging. You sleep early , you wake up early , even Jesus woke up early to pray. We all need to get to that point and follow in his footsteps. And you are right , you get to do so much when you wake up early , not easy but worth it.

Firstly, there is just something extra extra extra special when you have your natural hair out! Very beautiful... Secondly, I would like to encourage you to definitely jump on the book club wagon. Even if its a bi-weekly podcast with Yolz (as I feel you two have great chemistry). Then in a month or 2 months, you suggest a book, read it and discuss it on the podcast (video is fine as well). Just a suggestion - I think you have a gift in unpacking and explaining and discussing topics! Much love and light to you!!

So convicted about the 5am subject. For some reason you’ve made me re-evaluate a lot of things and my life as a whole. I mean although I’m a student but, I just feel like I could definitely alter my schedule successfully if I start sleeping early and getting up early. I’m sure I won’t be as tired as I always am with my normal schedule. Thinking about it, you actually get to experience your whole day, have control and most importantly detoxify your mind and soul. Automatically all these depressive thoughts fly out the window coz you’ve already cleansed your mind, commanded and consecrated your day to God. Wow Mpumi, thank you so much for this ❤️.

Speaking about beauty and how it doesn't last. Ever look at yourself when you are depressed and see an ugly person. But look in the same mirror when happy and see the most beautiful woman on earth. That's what this little verse means to me.

So weird how I was listening to heather Lindsey about the Proverbs 31 woman and what I found interesting is that she is a working woman(I thought she was a house wife). What I took from this chapter is that she prepares for anything before hand.

@@MpoomyLedwaba I have a women's spiritual bookclub on a monthly basis and like the idea of you running yours. Mine has collapsed(for now) due to not getting commitment from other woman. But God told me that he wants me to think bigger and restructure the vision. I should connect with other woman from abroad, in different parts of the world and not just spread the word to my little group. I want to spread the word of God but I keep feeling like the devil is fighting me hard on this one. God put a message in my heart to reiterate the Proverbs 31 woman to other women(Hence I watch Heather's sermon). I want my bookclub to eventually teach and form woman of the caliber. I would love to work with you on this one one day!

I always thought that Proverbs 31 was for married women until I read a book titled "A power of a praying woman". That's when proverbs 31 was revealed to me. Thank you for sharing you revelation with us. God indeed speaks in differe ways but say the same thing. I pray the God blessed each and every women here and He makes us this Proverbs 31 women. And I pray that each women here also puts in the effort to be a proverbs 31 women

Loved this video! Getting the book, definitely! I loved when you spoke of gratitude. I always felt weird being grateful of small things (not so small in retrospect) such as healthy body functions.
