Love seeing the desert mountains. You give us a different perspective of country a lot of people cant appreciate. The dogs barking, your mule, and your narritive is the perfect mix. Thanks for your work.
I remember as a tow-headed boy following that lil short mountain man daddy of mine in those cold , dark late January and February mountains .. when we would hit one of those ole long legged ridge running boars .. Dad would say , “ he’s gonna get to far from home one of these nites and we gonna catch him” ... hearing those ole hounds cold trailing that lion brought back those memories flooding in .. and as I heard at the last of this video ... “that kinda puts a lump in my throat right there” Another great one .. Onward and Upward is the watchword.

That s#%& eating grin that comes across your face every time you said "it's a good day" TRULY says it all... Your heart is full of love for what you do and when that's the case it's never a bad day. Thanks for sharing the breath taking sites and sounds of your adventures.
It is my passion .... gotta know that just being able to get out and follow the hounds around make it a good day .. your welcome and thank you for watching !!
Those birds can (I think) get water off the dew...been my experience at least...it all looks like awesome bird country! Do you run into chukar much? Mark that watering hole!
No Chukar down here .. lots of quail .... water is scarce .. I put some cameras up on all the waters I trailed this lion too ... that will be in an up coming video Thanks
Running late on this video, a lot going on here sir. I’ll always watch and comment on your channel. Just may be late for a while. The man I stay with is a vet but is fighting his last battle with cancer. Have to be by his side all most 24 hr a day. Hardest job I’ve ever had, just mentally. Hard to watch a loved one waste away, cancer is terrible. Sorry Brett, just wanted you to know why I may be late on videos till something changes. Good hunting, good health, and god bless everyone @ Born 100 Years To Late. 👍🇺🇸🙏🏻
Not criticizing you getting off and leading or how you ride. Just telling you my experience. Every time I got off my mule and lead I fell down on My ass. They got 4,feet i only have 2 and I’m clumbsy. Takes me back watching you. Keep chasing! Enjoyed your. Videos
Thank you ... I've said it before .. I don't mind leading I have had my mules fall down with me before .. better for me to slip and fall then for them to fall with me on them ... just have to stay out of their way when leading
Brett, would that mule have taken a drink, if you had taken a hat full of ice water to her ? I think there might be a reason for no binoculars…you wont shoot a lion at a distance, and you want those dogs to trail and then tree, hear them howl 😅 so why pack them, get used to having them….? To find a lost dog, or point of interest ? I am a glasser…. Thanks again. 👍🏻🤠
lol no .. I try to avoid the extra weight but would be handy to have maybe just to see what is moving out in front of the hounds or to see what hounds are doing across a canyon .. Thanks
I never liked to mess with my dogs I prefer to let the dogs figure it out on their own that will improve their nose for trailing but that is just my opinion
Probably do .. I don’t help mine much seems like when I do I mess them up … Warner Glenn says that you have to help them if your going to be very successful .. heck I’m still trying to figure it out .. thanks
land is treacherous. I'm not an expert if coarse, but I wonder why bring those hard working dogs out there where you know theyre gonns get a workout & hot & not bring pack mule for many essentials. zdoesnt mske sense to me, Heatstroke csn kill a dog real fast, saw it
