Thank God I was conceived in late April 1984 and born in January 1985. I am a proud fan of Michael Jordan. I know who is the GOAT in my lifetime. The Measuring Stick To Which All NBA Players Aspire To Be. The Standard Barrier of the NBA, then, now, FOREVER. His legacy is cemented.

No one would have ever guessed at the end of their first championship season that a few years later Dennis Rodman would be an important part of the Bulls team.
mike straight got emotional when oprah asked his bestfriend what he liked most about bein mikes bestfriend, he said just being there for him helpin him, camera cut to mikes face and all you see is that lip start gettin real wiggly, can tell he got choked up about that. thats what made mike great, one of the many things. that emotion and feeling, he used them on the court too ya know :)
I say that because 91,92, 93 he was the complete package. At that point MJ knew what it took to be a champion. At that point he knew what it took to make the players around him better plus he could still lead the scoring while doing it. He still was an athletic freak at the point and these years especially the 91-92 season the fadeaway had just started becoming a lethal weapon in his arsenal. He was shooting that shot before that but the fadeaway really started to become lethal at that point. In his younger years he was just sooo athletic that he would just beat people with just raw athleticism, but if you look at his footwork and his overall offensive game it was still unpolished at that point. During the first three peat you couldn't do nothing with that dude. The jumpshot was lethal if you played off him, if you put somebody shorter on him his post game had vastly improved and the fadeaway started becoming more lethal because his footwork had started becoming better, and then he still could take it to the whole and dunk on cats! The second three peat his post game and fadeaway was at its peak but then he didn't possess the raw athleticism he did in his younger years. The first three peat he was the best combination of both! I agree with you that his prime years started around 87. Hell he averaged over 37 ppg that year. The next year he was MVP, and Defensive MVP, but 91, 92, 93 he was the most complete basketball player he would ever be. If 87-93 was his prime then 91-93 was his peak. Personally in my opinion the 91-92 season he was at his absolute pinnacle of all his powers not just athleticism.
