Inside and outside I like this modern shed-roof design. I recognize it as made by Palm Harbor, but not sure even from the website. To me it looks like a small home designed by a good architect instead of a single-wide.
Palm harbor also has a version of this home. You might be able to get it where you are at. I have the Palm Harbor version on the channel also. Search for Homes Direct and it should show up.
I definitely don't care for the modern look of the outside of the home, but the inside is very nice. Love the kitchen and the master bath, especially for a single wide.
one of the better floor plans of a single wide I have seen, the living area is decent sized and I like that slight separation wall by the kitchen sink. Dining area was good, liked the cabinets, flooring. Only thing I didn't like was the shower in the master bath, don't like that small step up, and then a small step down to the actual shower area. Needs to be all on the same level. And, I like a covered front door, who wants to wait in the rain/snow unlocking your front door and then dripping into the living room?
Hate the shower in the master bath room need walk in shower only like the Santa Fe.... omit the tub in masterbath for me it be my perfect home....I must buy me this home be my retirement home since I earn it.....thanks Nate good job

This is a lesser unit that is almost identical to “The Loft” by Palm Harbor.
This was the first genration of the loft. This home is made by a subsidary of Palm Harbor. This was the second home I ever filmed.

What manufacturer makes that Montana? I like it myself. Having the roof as it is, and all those windows makes up for it not being 16' wide.
When coming in the front door, why is there a wall to walk into. Makes it hard to get larger pieces of furniture in.
