The older I get, I don't want a lot of wasted space to clean, I no longer want to be a slave to cleaning a big home, I'll take this single wide any day.
I could certainly be quite happy living in this home. I would want the LVP throughout, no carpet. Love the one piece showers in both bathrooms, don't need a tub. I agree with you, this is the best single wide I've seen. Thanks for the tour!
This is a beautiful home. Unfortunately I cannot invest 150K in a Single Wide. They lose their value the most. And when you consider Land, Septic, Water, Electric, Garage, Concrete Foundation, Driveway, Walkway, etc. You would gain more value in a 300K Stick Built that already has everything. So- as good as it "sounds", there is still a lot to consider. Even in a Mobile Home Community- Remember the rent can and will go up for your space. This nice home is just one aspect.
That and all mobile homes are ridiculous priced. But most just don’t take care of them and take pride in landscaping and updating years later. Then you got to find land because of trailer trashy folks ruin the beauty of what it could be. Restricting in neighborhoods and I get that as most don’t take care of nothing. But way too over priced. Might as well build a house
This is absolutely one Spectacular S/W..The windows are very unique and they really brighten up the house... Very Roomy and Spacious Room's...The kitchen is absolutely perfect.I really like the air vents in the ceiling..Awesome!!.. Very well designed and just the right size...WOW..The laundry room is absolutely Spectacular... Beautiful Master Bedroom..This S/W will do wonderful in sale's.. 💯 SpotOn...😊🌼☀️🌻🌞😀
I Love it. I would choose little lighter floors, not into the dark floors. (even the smallest bedroom, you could put bunk beds if needed). Perfect for me.
This is absolutely beautiful. I love love how the small wall separates the living room I am sooooo tired of all these wide open concepts I love to go into the living ROOM and if I want to sit in the dining ROOM I like to feel like I’m actually in ANOTHER ROOM not just an extension of the last room. I know everyone is all like gotta have that open concept (and I did too) when the kids were younger but now since all the kids are grown and it’s just me and the hubby I want to break away from the wide open house. I just want that space just not all wide open. I want a living ROM and a dining ROOM and a den and just a den area. Anyway. I love this home and would take it in a heartbeat however if I’m going to spend that much on a home I’m doing a stick built. Besides no matter how beautiful and nice a single double or triple wide will depreciate as soon as you put one foot in the door. No matter if you have it on a permanent foundation or just tie down and no matter what you do to upgrade your manufactured home will never increase your value so keep this in mind also when buying a single, double,or triple wide home it will depreciate from the entering of your home. You can maintain them and get many many years out of your manufactured home but you will never increase the value no matter what you do to it. That’s one other thing to think about when purchasing your dream home.
NICE HOME! I like the location of all the entrances for the bedrooms, and the vents are not in the floor! I could see myself in this house. There are very few changes I would make to make it suit me.
Beautiful vaulted ceilings, nice flooring. I prefer full windows in the kitchen for more natural light. Nice sized utility room for a single wide. Fabulous master closet, huge for a single wide. Just wish they wouldn't put the water heater in the closets. Wow, beautiful master bath! I love the mirrors and that pretty tub! This is the nicest single wide I've seen; perfect for a single empty nester like me.
This is a truly beautiful home. The dormer and all the windows make this home seem huge. Those vaulted ceilings are amazing. The kitchen is so amazing. So many beautiful cabinets. Love this one, Nate, thanks for showing this one
This one is amazing for a SW! All I can say is, "WOW"! Every room is impressive but that master suite is phenomenal!! The bedroom is great, the closet is OMG 🎉 FABULOUS and the bathroom is amazing!! So hard to believe it's a single! You were right about it...this IS the one!! Thanks Nate!
Very impressive, ample room single wide. I believe that I would prefer water heater access be in the massive master bath, though. Great having freezer space in laundry room.
Beautiful. Very big utility room for a single wide. Wow primary closet. Wow primary bathroom. Its really amazing. Love it. ❤ Price is right. thanks for the tour.
I was thinking the same thing while he was showing the living room I kept saying “ the fireplace could go here or there or ohhhh how about over here. Lol got to have a fireplace in that spacious living room. And ohhhh the deck you’d have to have with a fireplace out there too. Love this spacious home love love love
Beautiful kitchen love the large cabinets!! It's amazing how large it is.The walk in closet is made for me. That bathroom is made for me! Thank u for the tour Nate.👍✌
It's definitely beautiful and I've never seen a singlewide this big. But those white cabinets and hood won't last long with my kids. Lol. Thanks for sharing.
Nate this is beautiful home.Everything is perfect, I would really like to see more two bedroom, two bath homes. I don't need three bedrooms but love some of these floor plans. The Seville is a great 2/2 splint masters. Thanks for sharing this and I look forward to seeing more 2/2 single wides
I LOVE this home! It is so much like RRC's home The Armstrong 2.0 which is one of my favorite floor plans!!! I would be very interested in getting this home in Ohio!!!!! Hello Raiden!
😊 hey Nate. Really impressive the"Creekside" single wide home. Really pricey for the floor plan they are boosting, nevertheless the craftsmenship stands out!! Maybe some of whats here can be found elsewhere. Glad to have tuned in anyway so thanks Nate. Catch you on the next one also.😊
This is a nice one, I like the windows in the living room, the windows and the ceiling height should continue on into the kitchen to allow more natural light to come into the kitchen from the windows at the top, just like "the Loft" did. This one reminds me a lot of the Loft only bigger and wider! This is a keeper, and good price too!
Hello Nate! Looks like a very nice house! But I haven't seen all of it yet, so we'll see! Typing as we go. #1) I like the Living Room, but we'd add a Wood-burning Fireplace or stove insert, or a Gas Fireplace. Carpet in the Living Room. #2) It looks like there is room for my Grandma's China Cabinet on that far wall of the Dining Room. Great! We may or may not change the middle window to a door and build an enclosed deck out there. #3) In the kitchen, I like where the microwave will be located! I don't like the sink being in the island, but there doesn't seem to be a better place for it, so no deal breaker. But we don't need the raised sitting area on the island. I can't use it as it's so high I'd have to "climb" upon the chairs/stools we'd need to use, and I can't climb. Husband would never use it either. So cut the island down by that much and it should work. I would want a Gas Cook Stove. We don't need a dishwasher either, so replace it with another cabinet or drawers. #4) The back bedroom next to the bathroom would be my Library Room. I'd cut that closet out and add it to the bathroom giving me lots more room around the commode area. The smaller bedroom would be my Music Studio, enclosed and soundproofed, and Office Room. #5) At that back door we'd have a Garage built with a Storage area and a big Pantry and Freezer and maybe a Pet Shower too. I couldn't put a freezer in that empty spot, because that's where the access to the water heater will be. I won't have it in the Master Closet as it is now, and the floorplan shows that this empty spot is the area where the water heater can be accessed instead. #6) It looks to me like you would have to remove 2 shelves, at least, to get to the water heater access with it being accessed through the Master Closet! No. Just no! That's why I'm moving the access to the Utility Room next door. But the Master Bedroom is very nice. I'd have carpet in here. The Closet is very nice once the water heater access is moved. The Bathroom is pretty nice too. I love the his/her Vanities! Of course, I'd have to exchange that tub for a Handicapped Tub. Not sure there was room around the commode for me to sit comfortably. I noticed that the Linen Closet is 2 side-by-side cabinets, floor to ceiling nearly; so if I cut those down to just a single cabinet stack instead of a double stack, there should be enough room to adjust the commode to give more room on the right and left sides of it. The shower is okay. #7) Price isn't too bad either! But my changes will also up the price. Anyway, good video Nate! If I was going with a single wide, I'd want an 18' that's for sure! God bless you and your family Nate.
Great find on this Nate probably the nicest SW I've seen..If I already had the land for this ready to go..I'd snap one up no problem. Make the master shower a tile one add a porch..nice buy it Nate!!! Lol
I'm not from Texas but lived there for 12 years. A great state, just stay outside of the cities, like any other State. Friendly people. Tyler. TX is one of the BETTER/BEST cities in Texas, but I would still live outside of Any city.
@@delladearest2511 : yes, the heat, but that's only for 3 months. The bugs? never saw them in the 12 years I was there. I think that's more on the west side of the state that is so rustic too. And lucky, never saw or experienced a tornado either. Lived most of the time on the East side of the state. And north side too. Guess I was lucky.
Incredible! Love it. I would prefer not to have a garden tub in the master bath - tile shower, however. And the secondary bath down the hall would be nice to have the full tub/shower. I love the layout - lots of light and space! Perfect for older folks who don't want to be cleaning a large home - or a young family starting off. Kitchen space for a dining table is always a plus! Cozy, cute, modern and beautiful! What's not to love?!
A really good living room arrangement. Fantastic kitchen, although I like the darker cabinet color. This is definitely my kind of house. Put a couple outdoor water faucets on the front door side with a couple outdoor electric plugs and I could easily move in. Great house.
@Itswesleytime yes of course . But I hate tiny bedrooms. They get too hot or cold when you run the air. Also I rent out the second bedroom so I want something nice enough to be worth the rent money.
Wow, just wow! That's amazing. I'd change just a few things like lvp tiles in the entire passage way. I don't like the way that little bit of carpet looks. I'd have the divide between the living room and kitchen as shown in the photo. Lastly the master bathroom I'd see if I could get a tiled shower with a bench and a wand shower head and instead of a bath (I can't get I or out of a bath) I'd have maybe a built-in dressing table with some storage. And a window of sorts in the first bathroom. But overall this is impressive. I love it!
I would fix the kitchen crown molding so there's no gap at the top of the kitchen cabinet. It also seems dark where the stove is. The kitchen bar, I wouldn't have it raised but flat. There's not much work area with the small looking sink. Linen cabinet in front of the walk in shower is awkward and looks like it limits space. Has some nice features but could be better.
I love that one Nate Nate, you did it that is nice. I hope I could get that in Louisiana. Wish I could find me when you’ll be them. All right Nick keep up the good work man.
Looking at the comments everyone is comparing it to the Loft. That one is smaller, but I think the kitchen it bigger in it. Both are priced about the same. If take this one, if it could get it where I live. If not, I still like the loft. I think you did another one by Oak Creek that was a super wide with angled kitchen. I lived that one to.
Nate you're getting better every video. I enjoy them. I have been looking for a great single section for a few months and this is beautiful and just feels like it could be the one. I hope its not Oak Creek Homes because they've got several that I love but Oak Creek has no dealerships in Florida. Now I have to see if Pratt Homes does service Florida. Thank you for showing this beautiful home. ❤
Glad you like them!, Yes this is built by Oak Creek. Unforturnatly This would not be available in Florida. I'm hoping to come to Florida no later than April next year, maybe I can find something like this.
I'd like to see the kitchen wall that backs up to the living room extended out further.maybe add a coat closet on the kitchen side. Add upper cabinets in the laundry room and I truly would see if could move the water heater could be moved to the open space in the laundry room if not I would use that space for shelving for a pantry space. All in all I would agree, Best kitchen especially for someone like me that has lot's of stuff and need all of those cupboards. This is a very nice home, I would like to see this home as a two bedroom with a larger living room and front bedroom. The rest of the home is very nice.
Pretty, home . They only thing I don't like in the kitchen are the cabnets and the raised bar on the island ,less cabnets and actual windows you can look out of please. The weird carpet half way down the hall is just ugly. Utility room needs a sink. The size of the master closet is wonderful ,minus the water heater placement. Only objection to the master bath is lack of water closet. Even though the shower seems lower end compared to most , at least it doesn't have the sliding door . Hate those door tracts. If the price was a little lower and I could change a few things I could be happy in it. Thanks for the tour...
I live in Texas I live with my son ,near Austin. I would love to have my own place. This is a beautiful home . I could love . I don't need that much room. But something smaller ,mabe 2 bedrooms so I could have a craft room.
Great home!. Great value as well .. Are these available for North East locations?..Love this single wide, but would choose different colors and trims!...Thanks for showing this model!
We were looking at those Barndaminiums but very pricey unless you buy the kits and diy it. For a 3 bed 2 bath $415, for 1700 sq ft, that's not including the well and prep for dirt . We bought land and just want something small but spacious. This looks like it would fit the bill very beautiful. A stick house going to cost you a lot more and you can't buy anything of size for 300. We're retired now so really want to downsize anyway
MY laundry room is actually nice because I have my side by side washer and dryer with them spaced apart for a big cat box but tells how big the space is and when I bought this used single wide it had one lonely smaller upper cabinet on the opposite wall from the washer and dryer with the rest of the space totally open, since you are stuck on freezers you could have had a upright and chest freezer on that side, however I put the space to better use by adding in 4 18" wide drawers and a counter top under the existing smaller upper cabinet and to the left where a chest freezer could have gone I had a Pantry cabinet installed with space between the drawers and pantry underneath the counter just wide enough to hold,6 refrigerator packs of 12 cans of soda but it will hold cases of beer or a two step stepstool. To the far left a space between the outside wall and Pantry cabinet is a space big enough for My bigger 4 step step stool. Above the washer and dryer I had Wall to wall upper cabinets installed so two are double door cabinets and one has a large single door. This place had a poorly designed and equipped kitchen storage wise so what I added greatly helps. I found your comment interesting about people from Texas would really like to see that home and since I just met a young lady learning something about HVAC WHEN I just had someone out for a quote about getting A/C INSTALLED WITH A NEW HEATER SHE APPARENTLY WAS FROM TEXAS, and when I apologized for My home being as it is even though I've put a lot of work and money into it, it still needs more. She said oh no this place would be so nice to have and is beautiful inside and she would love to have it and said this place (mine) would be like a mansion where she comes from.
The older I get, I don't want a lot of wasted space to clean, I no longer want to be a slave to cleaning a big home, I'll take this single wide any day.
I have exact same attitude as you about home space. Hubby and I are retired and cleaning our big home got to be so daunting this s.w is perfect
I could certainly be quite happy living in this home. I would want the LVP throughout, no carpet. Love the one piece showers in both bathrooms, don't need a tub. I agree with you, this is the best single wide I've seen. Thanks for the tour!

This is an impressive house. I like the floor plan and the attention to detail. The square footage is just right.
Very nice. 18ft wide way to go.
Give this company a 👍 & designer did a phenominal job.
The Plan is Great, but I don't know if they build quality homes. Anyone know?
If I wasn’t so old I’d buy something like this.
Nice home I really like the vents in the ceiling
Beautiful vaulted ceilings, nice flooring. I prefer full windows in the kitchen for more natural light. Nice sized utility room for a single wide. Fabulous master closet, huge for a single wide. That's really well designed, especially for a SW. But, that 18' width helps with that. Pretty nice!
It's definitely beautiful and I've never seen a singlewide this big. But those white cabinets and hood won't last long with my kids. Lol. Thanks for sharing.

The kitchen is great, bigger than in a double wife with more space!😊 a walk-in pantry would be great.
A great looking home. I could live in it.
Oh yes, I could love this single wide.

I love this home. I am looking to buy in six months and this may be the one!

Pretty flooring. Nice size. Dont care for the glass doors
I want it.! Beautiful!!!!
This is fantastic!
Beautiful house!!!
I like the optional kitchen color & I prefer WALL to WALL carpeting.
This is awesome singlewide!❤ But no carpet in the bedrooms
Loovveee it!!!!! Great vid!! 😃👍👏👏
I live in Texas I live with my son ,near Austin. I would love to have my own place. This is a beautiful home . I could love . I don't need that much room. But something smaller ,mabe 2 bedrooms so I could have a craft room.
Hell of a nice single wide.
This is super nice.
This would be perfect if it were two master bedroom instead. 😊😊😊
Haha My fiance and I were in this exact building in Tyler Texas just a few weeks ago. Small world.
I'll be back in Tyler at the end of September
I could live in this hose
Beautiful
I love it I am ready to sigh the papers
By time you walk in closet to pick what to wear, well that’s all the room you got
You don’t usually see a seperated kitchen like this in single wides.
Very pretty
Love it !!
Great home!. Great value as well .. Are these available for North East locations?..Love this single wide, but would choose different colors and trims!...Thanks for showing this model!
This was made in Texas, and unles they make them there and allow 18 ft wide homes on the hwy, then no.
