The Kamehameha is not a magic incantation, it’s the name of the move/technique like a lot of the other moves in the anime. The normal move usually has to have a period of time to charge up the energy/power. That’s when you get the “Ka-Me-Ha-Ma-Ha”. But when he is jacked up with power, he does not need the time to build it up. He can just fire it off, powerfully, with a “Ha!”

If you watch the first two movies you can skip the first 28 episodes I believe since they pretty much just covered both those movies. After that it’s all of super, and then the Broly movie. There’s rumors about the anime coming back soon since the manga has gone ahead and now has 2 other arcs after the tournament. Where as before, the manga was behind the anime.
Remember that every episode is technically around 25 seconds in real time, the tournament was 48 minutes anime time, with some math wnd stuff, each episode is 25 seconds real time, just imagine how fast the fight would be

If you want to watch all of Dragon Ball, I suggest you watch OG Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z Abridged (or DBZ Kai), and then Dragon Ball Super. Edit: to make it easier to manage: OG Dragon Ball = first 4 arcs Dragon Ball Z Abridged = first 2 arcs of Z DBZ Kai = All of DBZ but shortened down to just the important stuff You can just watch DBZ abridged for the first two arcs and then watch the last arc using DBZ Kai: the final chapters You could watch DBZ but it’s pretty outdated and it’s about 400 episodes long so you probably wouldn’t like it as much

I'm normally a dub person, but when Goku revealed the Kaio-Ken with Blue during the Hit fight in sub, it was probably the most hype moment since I watched the Cell vs Gohan fight in middle school. Kinda hate the dub ruined that simple reveal with a far less cool line.

Krillin was Goku's first friend his own age, and they became best friends training under Master Roshi when they were like 12 and 13 years old. Also Vegeta used to be a villain who became obsessed with the fact that Goku always could surpass him, but then he saw that Goku was a family man and he became one himself when he settled on Earth. Vegeta actually has one of the best character arcs in all of Dragon Ball. In Dragon Ball Super Goku and Vegeta are basically training partners under Beerus and Whis. Whis is an angel and they are basically guardians of the universes. The angel of each universe is more powerful than the Kais and Gods of Destruction, but they serve the Kais and Gods of Destruction and aren't allowed to interfere directly.

Yes, mostly when goku does his hand forms and shoot a blue beam while only screaming HA! is a Kamehameha, just really fast without long charging, also would i like to point out in 26:08 where jiren shoots multiple beams, goku doesnt jump on them, you can see he uses little balls made out of his own ki to climb his way up to jiren without getting hurt. This was a small detail that i didnt see it for like what, 3 years?
