well, lookin from the perspective of the whole universe, VCS's is actually the least important one I think. I fell like it's the most seperated one from the rest. The only thing bein explained is partially why Lance betrayed Tommy in GTA Vice City, as well as the overall background of the Vance brothers and Phil's presence, but nothing is explained about him. What I mean is that for instance in GTA 3, he does not have an arm, and in VC we see how he lost his arm. In VCS, he's just there but nothing is explained I think. Let me know if I'm missin anything but I actually feel like GTA VCS is the most separated story in the 3D universe.
@@SebaInit Best way I can explain it is Vice City Stories show how Vic got in the drug business gave him a backstory plus shows how by time '86 roll round you see how Lance knows all the big players in Vice City
I personally think that Mendez was the one who called the undercover cop . After all he posses really high position in the Army and probably great influence in the police department. He owned half the gangs in the city , almost everyone worked for him from far distance. Like a massive net , he was manipulating the gangs of Vice city like cards .
@@SebaInit Forbes !!! Remember when he said he needs money . This is the typical kind of man who would work for Martinez. He was his personal spy. I don't remember who said it , but someone said,, Martinez has eyes and hands everywhere ".
Never really liked this dude, but Louise didn't deserve her fate. Using the emotional tactic... It's even sadder because Gonzales betrayed Victor two years later, leading to his unfortunate fate, but Tommy, in a way, avenged Victor when he killed Gonzales.
@@SebaInit True. I also feel that if Lance wasn't being "that brother", there wouldn't have been that strain between him and Louise. In fact, one would argue that Lance's own actions caused all three of their deaths.
Louise slips into this territory after she decided to take on Martinez on her own, which was a rather impulsive and foolish move on her part, especially given how many goons Martinez has backing him up. Louise: "Why don't you take over Marty's business?"Vic: "I'm no gang boss."Louise: "No, but you could be." it's her fault the damn hypocrite
@@wouterosinga8170 I don't know at what point Louise decides to take over Martinez, but your second point is very valid. She first convinced Vic to become a criminal only to later face the consequences of it.
People underestimate how important the events Vice city stories are for the 3d universe timeline.

@@SebaInit True, true. It's like that one early first season of the show where it starts slow and then it picks up.
Has nothing to do with san Andreas

I think he’s referring to Brian Forbes

Did Louise deserve her fate? Of course not. She was innocent, it was Vic's fault for gettin close to her while bein a drug lord.
