Every video gets better and better. I love your composition. Your cymbals sound amazing. That's not to say everything lacks...everything sounds AAA! Most importantly, the playing and execution. All your strokes are even and balanced. Timing is spot on. Dude, those monster toms around 3:13 are killer! I love your playing man. You are destined for great things, Kris!
I like the triplets on the snare, especially when you start to alternate right and left hands - that looks cool!! And I also haven't noticed any mistakes, so this cover is as awesome as all the other videos of yours :)
Very progressies drumming and very varied. Your songs are never easy to play. It need skills to be able to play like you. Great work again, I do not know this song but sounds really good my friend !!!!
Thank you my friend! Man you are so kind! I really try to pick songs where I can put my own touch and add something to the song, just like your covers. I'm not as happy with this one like I was with the one I posted before this, but I guess this is somewhat decent. :)
Nice work and audio Kride!! Love the creative way that you chose to sound diffuse your studio walls! Its like the seaweed approach that was used in Abbey Road Studios!
Thank you so much!! :) I'm very happy that the audio satisfies! There are also actual foam panels at the upper corners and towards the ceiling of the room, but they don't show on camera. I can't take the credit for the sound isolation of the actual room though, it was the guy from who I rented this studio place who did it, but I agree, he did a great job :)
The drums sound so clear man way to go. Also I love all of the angles you have. Mike Shinoda is so talented very cool to know other people enjoy him as I do. Ill will sub as 165! I also do drum covers if you have time you should check them out and see what you think! Keep it up man can't wait for more
... If today you were not on a good day, imagine when you are?... You are totally right when you say that to err is human, but the question that arises is: what mistakes??!! ... If they happened they were of such form subtle that go unnoticed ... Until this you can be superb, because you can execute without a certain error is uncovering ... One more work to have in your memory, buddy!👌🏻 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🙏🏻^_^
Thanks Marco, I always love hearing from you and reading your feedback! Well I’m happy if the mistakes were not too noticeable. Cheers, have a great day bro! ☺️🙏🏻
dude! The china cymbal and stand exactly the same as Rob Bourdon and other cymbals too! Where did you get that one before? (BTW, I'm from the Philippines). And I need to buy that New Kits with Cymbals and Cymbal stands with the pesos! (₱). Where should I buy it?
My china cymbal is the same series and manufacturer as Rob’s, but mine is a different size (Rob plays a Zildjian Oriental trash china 20”, whereas mine is the Zildjian Oriental trash china 18”). I use Gibraltar 6709 boom cymbal stands (but my hi-hat stand is a Gibraltar 5707), whereas Rob uses a Gibraltar rack system with similar cymbal holders. I live in Europe and I bought the china and most of my other drum gear from a German retailer called Thomann.de, so I am sorry to say that I have no idea about the prices/shops/product availability in your country. (Thomann can ship to Philippines too but the shipping and customs seem pretty expensive, so I think you should find a local drum shop or online store if you can) The exact drums, cymbals and stands that I play are not available as a package, I’ve slowly bought most of the stuff one piece at a time. Zildjian sells some A Customs as a package and Gibraltar has a 6700 package. If you are on a budget, Zildjian makes other more affordable cymbals too (for example the Zildjian S series), and Gibraltar has some more affordable packages too (5700 and 4700 series). If you have any other questions of my gear, feel free to ask and I’ll do my best to answer :)
@@kridedrummer Check out my drum covers on my channel, I have 5 pieces kit, Snare, High Tom, Mid Tom and Low Tom. and also I got 1 hi-hat, Bass drum and a one kick pedal and 2 cymbals, (left, crash. right, Ride or crash cymbals). I need to buy a new stand of a cymbals in a last cymbal inside the cymbal stand. I just cringed in my video. But can you watch my drum cover please?
Very much enjoyed this. Your performance and sound seemed pretty on track to me but I can totally relate to what you're saying. By the way, as an attorney, I feel an obligation to inform you that your copyright statement at the end of your video description is only valid in the United States. In fact using it actually puts you in violation for copyright infringement. I've actually tried cases in this matter and have seen people sentenced to no less than 6 months in jail in addition to paying serious financial penalties. Totally kidding man, April Fools (joke)!
My god, I nearly had a heart attack LOL. To be honest, I every now and then really wonder about the copyrigth stuff, and I’m researching every now and then if I could do something differently. Many mixed opinions through the internet about those statements. But for real though, thank you so much Jay for the support! ☺️🙏🏻
You may or may not have noticed, I use the same disclaimer at the end of my videos. I figure it can't hurt... Unless you're outside of the United States.
Yeah I’ve seen. Thanks man for the tips I really really appreciate it!! Well I’m outside of the U.S. so I guess I should make sure to get the European statement there. I’m just a bit lazy (and previously uninformed the specific text only applies to U.S.) 😅
From 3:06 The bass man, the bass is so amazing, I love it
Thank you so much!! :)
