Reminds me of the babloka version of DECTalk
It's like a mixture of DECTalk, Softvoice, and the Lernout & Hauspie voices. It has that "quality" to it.

This can run on Windows 10 64-bit. Just to let certain people know.
How? I've recently booted back to windows 10 from an 11 home pc, and would like a step by step guide on how to run this on a windows 10 plz
