This was amazing!!! Question trickster how do you get your rotation so fast man???? My spin kick is fast but not my others that require rotation hurricane ect.
It's all about timing and the purpose of your kick. If it's speed, minimal jump and fast torque from wrenching your arms, hips, shoulders and head around. Doing it without leaning or loosing balance is the difficult part. Good luck :)
