    Clearly Joan totally enjoyed making the special brew. It was a patient wait but finally you Nicholas was able to enjoy it . It's true, a drink such as this one would cause you to do away with any shyness you may start out with. I hope you were not too tipsy and were able to find your way back home after drinking the Enturire.

      Put sorghum or millen in water, let it stay overnight then remove it and put it where it can germinate eg in banana leaves, after 2-3 days it will germinate so you can remove sun dry and grind

    The longer you leave it,the longer it ferment.
    For kids and most of the women likes it sweet that's immediately start drinking the next day but those who want to be tipsy with it can start drinking on the 3rd day onwards. You can drink it like that or with a sweetner eg honey and sugar.
    Anyway that's what my grandma told me.

    Some of us are from other Africa countries who is also trying to learn so if you don’t explain every ingredients into details and even give us substitute. I think most of the time you explain things like we are all fine your country. Please my brother add more details to get every country involved. After mixing the porridge she added another sweet flour without telling us what that is made of and even there is substitute. Africa have the most health food in the world let’s show case our food to world. Thank you

    • @Irene-b91
      @Irene-b91 18 днів тому +1

      Another name for it is malt. Millet malt or sorghum malt is usually used. Malt is made by germinating the seeds of millet or sorghum and then drying them and processing them into flour after. The result is a sweet flour that is used to sweeten this drink

      Thanks for watching.... most cases it depends on your tribe and available resources you have in your area...... let me say...the wat baganda make Malwa is kinda different from the way Northern Ugandan people make theirs....but it's all called Malwa.....
      It's about the resources you have in your surrounding..
