If she have something noise then should neighbor ask her , ask her nicely please quiet ok . She will keep quiet . If old man keep complaining then move different place . Glad she is ok .

That happened to me. I like my music loud because if it's not loud enough, it isn't worth it Not enjoyable. The hearing people upstairs didn't like it, so we moved out. Now I just use Bluetooth hearing aids.

I have few deaf friends who doesn’t understand what noise is. The spouse often hard of hearing, tells me dunno how get their habit broken. 🤷🏼‍♂️

It is a tragedy of what happened to the deaf woman. The suspect did not have the love of God in his heart. Too many people these days do not know how to handle situations properly with love, patience, and kindness.

This is why I’m more mindful of neighbors unless I’m around hearing people. I feel it’s safe that way. Neighbors should be mindful as well because in case of emergency.. how can we deaf people tell the difference between one who’s noisy and one who’s trying call for help?

What that suspect has done is completely unacceptable. There are many other ways to solve issues. I assume that they probably habe complained the Masucci in the past. If it didnt work, they should have complained property manager or bylaws if she was breaking noise restrictions. It is much better than attempt to kill someone.
I have had neighbors who complained me and my property managers aboit noise too. Sometines thet provided solutions and I became more conscious too.
On other hand, I also hope that Masucci recieved some help to reduce noises and solutions. To be fair, sometimes we do things incorrectly because we don't notice it.

Profound deaf people cannot hear the noise. They tend to have habits slamming doors, cabinet doors drawers shutting etc. They need to teach not to make severely noise because hearing people will be complaining. It will be ok to ask to be quiet so they can have peace of mind. No noises after 10 pm, period! Use common sense to take easy closing and opening quietly. 🙂👍
