Hello and Welcome to Day 225 Becoming Peace Meditation and Inspiration. The name of today’s session is Relationship Dissonance Part 1
The definition of dissonance is as follows: Lack of agreement, the dissonance between the truth and what people want to believe; especially inconsistency between the beliefs one holds.
There you have it. If you are experiencing any type of dissonance, disparagement, disappointment, or dashed expectations between you and someone in your life there is a reason. This session is part one of two sessions where we are unpacking reality vs. expectation and how it leads to conflict and disharmony. So join me if you’d like to understand and learn more about reality vs. expectations and how this impacts our lives.
