By the end of the first week we already knew that his entire family was going to ask him to propose marriage. Secretly I gave him a rings that fits my 2 fingers (that is used to represent engaged & marriage) so he secretly went to a jewelry took pictures of rings & sent it to my iPhone for me to pick out my own engagement rings. Then in 3 days his family was literally saying that he should propose to me, all I had to do was act surprised & say yes with an emotional reaction to his proposal.
❤😂🎉😊 we have been happy married for over 20 years now. We have 10 beautiful intelligent children (5 boys & 5 girls, all were both gender twins & triplets, ages 18, 15, 13, 10, 8). We have zero regrets. ❤😂🎉😊

Except the weather :/

Went to Kazakhstan about two months ago and loved it there. Was able to go skiing, eat horse and toured all around Almaty. Beautiful place and would definitely go back
Good luck with it. You're such a lovely couple 😊
In Soviet Russia, you don’t propose to your girlfriend, girlfriend propose to you
Sounds like it should be that way, I haven't asked a girl to be my girlfriend since I was 19.

Oh but dude, she’s gorgeous
Sure, that'll carry him for about 30 days
So what makes you think he's the only one giving her attention? Trust me, she's getting it from all angles. Probably got men overseas sending her money too. Then again if they're that stupid it's their problem

The dizzying highs and the terrifying lows of my Russian girlfriend were traumatizing. I dodged a bullet with that one.
So, what are you trying to say? All Russian women are the same? Therefore, his gf must also be traumatizing?
@@sandrabojovic4817 I think that you are reading way too much into this. I just commented on my Russian girlfriend. Sensitive much?
@@rich4783 no, you didn't comment on your girlfriend. you commented on your EX-girlfriend. which brings your impartiality into question. More importantly, I ask again, why are you commenting on your Russian EX-girlfriend here? because you think your experience is relevant to him on account that she was Russian? because he said nothing about his gf having highs and lows.
And yes, I AM sensitive, to any kind of ethnic and gender stereotyping.

Kazakhstan has a beautiful culture, and if you are a foodie indulge in it
Kazakhstan is worth visiting, its a beautiful country.

With all the West sanctions and autocratic government?...
You are learning Russian just to go to Kazakhstan?
I may be late, but welcome to Kazakhstan! I have a lot of recommendations, but you didn’t specify which city you’re in. If you’re in Almaty, you can go skiing in the mountains! If you’re in Astana definitely check out the city, the malls are huge and the foods delicious everywhere! The people are also generally friendly, and I hope you enjoy your stay!
Crossed the world 🌍 for her!!!!! You’re a King 👑 and she’s your Queen 👸 many blessings to you from the Lord!!!!! This put a huge smile on my face!!!
Bro do you not see the news? Regardless of her intentions she’s just another Russian luring lonely American men to their detainment. There’s a reason he wasn’t about to get permission to travel there normally, he had to go a roundabout way just like the guy who went through China recently.
At least you are showing how much you are willing the sacrifice for the love of your life.❤❤
No one's forcing you to meet her family, and if you want to meet them, they could've come to America or you could have met in a neutral country. And you could have also waited 'til summer. No one forced you to do any of this, so you have no right to complain.
And I thought you can only apply for a Russian visa in the US, unless something has changed.
Bro, are you for real? Would you marry someone who wouldn't even meet your family?
Also, your "They can just come to you"-comment stinks of what Marie Antoinette was accused of saying but didn't actually say: "If they can't afford bread, let them eat cake"

Bro I lived in Kazakhstan for 4 months, it's fucking sick!
Make sure to plov (плов - technically Uzbek) and also baursak (бауырсак). If you're vegan/veggie, Almaty (where I recognise you're at) has a great restaurant called PLANT, if I remember correctly - I'm not veggie and even I loved their burger.
Since you're in Almaty, try checking out the "БАО" (Big Almaty Lake) and/or Lake Kandry (I think that's the name) - they're quite far out but you can do a nature tour.
Also worth checking out the mountians, maybe?
And congrats on the engagement!
Also you're so right about the seatbelts, it's mad lmao
And as for the cold, just be glad you're not in Astana, they can get to -40°C/-50°F between November and February at its worst
Thank you so much 💓
Poor guy doesn’t even know the name of the country is Kazakhstan and not Russia.

@@phantom_mist1726 strict traditional father in Russia? You are confusing things. In Russia you don't usually get parents' blessing since fathers are not seen as owners of their daughters. My travel tip for getting a visa easier or not needing one at all: Be born in western Europe or the UAE
Or Japan or Singapore
