I got the A7 Ambient last week , this pedal blows my mind! It stands right up there with my $$$ Reverb pedals! Go get this pedal if you love Ambient verb!

Eventide, Mooer and EHX just never cease to amaze... stunning. I end up fn around with sound pallets and not PRACTICING. WAY more fun.
I love the sounds you get from this, as a big Robin Guthrie fan of the Cocteau Twins, this is just the ticket for some of his style, added to my wish list, i still rate Robin as the master of this type of guitar, his chord structures and use of effects are mesmerising , great demo of an ace pedal
william mcmonagle Except in his Cocteau Twins days he used very little reverb actually. When he achieved a big washy sound it was thru the use of multiple stacked delays and the blending of multiple guitar tracks layered together. He spoke about this in a number of interviews and states he wasn’t really a fan of long reverb trails during his twins era.
More recently in his solo endeavors his sound has changed a fair amount from the Cocteau days and encompasses more actual reverb and his sound is much more washy in general than his Cocteau Twins tones. He gets heavy mileage from an Eventide Eclipse during his solo performances and can even be seen using a Strymon Big Sky in one video collaboration with Jay Jay Johansson (Bat For Lashes Cover).
Reminds me Walrus Audio's SLO. Sounds great for such a affordable price.
I'm usually not one for much reverb, but this has some really nice sounds I like. Not much into the tiny pedal stuff either even though I have a Mooer 012 US Gold pre amp pedal I use in my effects loop to kind of make my amp sound sweeter. I just find myself stepping on two pedals at once a lot if they're not the BOSS size pedal. But great video! Thanks! You sold me on it. Another one to my collection and my wife is going to want to murder me spending more money.
Not into saving pedalboard real estate yet sounds like you could use some smaller pedals to have more room so you’re not stepping on 2 pedals at once lol gotta tell ya man that’s def a first for me lol in all seriousness, do you really not have the dexterity to to avoid hitting two at once?! How do you get pedals close enough to even be able to do that????
@@DougieD_Funk it depends on your shoe size and what kind of shoes you're wearing. The pedals are closer together, therefore easier to hit the wrong footswitch. It's probably the most common issue with tiny pedals apart from the crappy tiny pots failing. And they don't actually end up saving a lot of space, you can maybe fit a couple more on your board than regular-sized ones.

In mooer A7 a next update they could put the shimmer with the octaves in fade in or swell as in the tender octave MKII and smooth tone highs. Great pedals Mooer very cool!

Would have been brilliant to have and exp input for that tone knob trick or other parameters. Make a deluxe version!
You can do that with their floorboard modelers, like the ge200. This pedal is probably coming from the effects on the ge300.

I get that they’re committed to their mini format, but man, I’d take these things so much more seriously if they were in a larger case with ‘regular-sized’ knobs.
I'm quite the opposite. I rather like the pack of chihuahuas on my board. I was going to get a TC Hall of Fame Mini, but I might get this instead, as this sounds really cool.

Has this pedal ever received a firmware update? As far as I know this was the only one that has a USB port for updates but I can't find anything

I really do not understand why mooer doesnt place these tones on the presets of the ge-100. The presets of the ge-100 suck so fuckin much but theoricaly this exactly effect would be possible to configure , or not...we dont really know...thats the point...their presets fuckin suck, its about time to update the presets on the ge-100

I dont like this pedal. Bought it today and am not impressed once i got it home. Sterile with weird artifacts.
Im sorry... I really do want to like these... But i already own them. These are repackaged effects theyve already made.notably the reveb,delay, and modulation "stations" . im sorry but id like an actual new effect, not just a jumble of effects youve put out on other pedals before.
